    You seem like a really decent boss. You make sure everyone has nice equipment. Obviously pay them well. I've been in the business for 25 years and having a boss that cares is really important. Love the videos. Keep up the good work.

    I discovered you from the video you were in with Brian's Lawn Maintenance. I been watching your videos ever since. You do amazing work, and your skills with operating the machinery and the knowledge and skills you have for someone who is your age is quite impressive. 😁👍

    Keep up the great work dude, one thing that you could do is on the next rain day sit everyone down and develop company mission/vision statements and core values. Have the team come up with them together and then hold them accountable to the statements and core values.

    That’s the issue with have younger employees. If they are getting burnt out after a couple months are in have them try being in construction with no lay off 55 hrs or more all year. Your guys don’t realize how good they got it im sure they are paid very well.

    maybe try installing solar charging system on the dump trailers, good thing it was only ramps in the trailer, i think a rule should be to always check trailer before loading every time, the kind of work you do is great at least it is not the exact same thing every day , you already provide the best equipment to make life easier for the guys, all of you keep up the great work and the dustless broom will come.

    Yeah do you have any advice for getting burned out? Happens to me every year. Once the weather gets hot and dry it’s tough putting in 50 - 60 hours a week every week. Also shouldn’t say that at 12:07 like that. God always has your back when things get tough. God Bless.

    Jobs look Great! Sucks about the guys not showing. Unfortunately, Its all part of doing Business! You should think about motion sensors Switches in the garage for the lights. Not really that expensive and will turn off automatically when the last person leaves. One less thing you wont have to deal with on Monday morning! Lol!

    If they keep coming back ( and not stealing, or destroying equipment ), keep giving them a chance 😂 It's getting hot, and it's tiring work.
    My part timer flaked with a flimsy excuse today, too 🙄
    Oh well, keep rolling, and make sure you get adequate rest.

    Hello 👋 though I did not hear you clear but I think you can find some more workers to do up the lawn care work because you will end up losing money every time there is a job, I think find some more workers to work train them tell the the Ts and Cs of the job and the business. Keep pushing 💪 Really inspiring content I'm also learning.

    In NY do your guys need to have their CDL to drive a 5500 hooked to what I’m assuming are at least 10k trailers. Gross combined weight is over 26k?

    • @josemiranda5227
      @josemiranda5227 Місяць тому +1

      It should be required. The guy must have a CDL

    • @josemiranda5227

      In Maryland I drive a f450 dump(16k gvwr) + a 10k dump gvwr trailer no CDL 😂

    • @evankoch9578
      @evankoch9578 Місяць тому +1

      Yeah I agree, in PA I’m the same way. I can’t hook at 10k to my 5500. Just over the 26k total. And I don’t have a CDL

      Yessir, one of my guys got stopped by DOT the other day. Combined GVW of an F-550 and 14k trailer got him red tagged. I came and picked up the trailer with my pickup and they let us off.

    You are not there to make your guys happy. A couple of them, especially one in particular, need to be reminded that he is an employee and that you're the boss and owner.
    The more you bend to them the more you loose their respect or loyalty. Eventually, that kind of relationship will show you they will never be happy.

    • @snowblowerman5115
      @snowblowerman5115 Місяць тому +2

      I think it’s Mike that needs the remind Eli needs to be put in his place to. Clearly these guys get paid very well for Mike to afford a platinum 6.7 that or he lives home with mommy and daddy which would also explain the attitude
