Gotta love the sound of C class.😊
Certainly is a great sounding locomotive. 👍😀🚂
Once again Col, an absolutely awesome video behind 501 and the Western SG! Dam good country out this way. Please keep these Western SG videos coming legend as they are fantastic mate and I very much appreciate you sharing them. Cheers 👊😉
You're welcome. I'll keep em coming. I am very happy you enjoy them 👍 😀
Sad to see Great Western demolished, one day when I was riding the up Horsham pass, on a Sunday Great Western was a request stop and it didn’t stop and someone pulled the cummunication cord and the train set back to the platform. In pre-radio days, this was done with hand signals by the guard.
Very different to how things are run and managed today. 👍😀
I had a work collegue who came from Ararat, apparently there is some rivalry between the two towns. He said the best thing to come out of Stawell is the road to Ararat.
@@darylcheshire1618 🤣🤣 country rivalry, hmmm 👍😀
If you could drive any locomotive ever built witch one would it be. Mine would be the A4 mallard or 4014 big boy
A DERM which I already drive but on the Mansfield line. 👍😀
Stawell.... Home of the Easter footrace, the Stawell Gift. One year there was a contestant who was running hopelessly in last place until they poured tomato sauce all over him and it helped him *ketchup(catch up)* to the rest of the runners! LOL😁
@@neilforbes416 you need to find a new writer. 🙄🤣🤣👍
@@driver667 Hmmmmmmm......🤔 LOL😃

Showing greatness to the Western
Glad you enjoyed the ride 👍 😀
Watched a couple of videos today on the last runs of the H-set V/Line carriages, converted from the suburban Harris trains, when they were taken out of service, doing their final journeys to Waurn Ponds, remember the Harris trains and trips to the country in the H-sets,lm sure you have pulled alot of these carriages, behind different locos, they gave good service, another piece of rail history dissappearing
Hauled many H sets around the system. It is a shame to see them go. 😔 They are good people movers. 👍😀
At halfway point it rains
It does 😀😀👍
What service was this for anyway?
This was a special heritage train to Horsham and Hopetoun for a weekend trip organised by the Seymour heritage centre. 👍😀
@driver667 Nice. Thanks.
@@therealsammyvee888 you're welcome 👍😀
