I am assuming this was a 3 car Vlocity set.
Interesting the stop at Clayton but no stop at Oakleigh. I guess the line is reaching capacity with all the medium warning signals - another train a couple of sections ahead.

Having lived in Springvale as a school boy ant a teen, can member the branch to the crem and rocola. It is a pity that when the Government did not make Dandenong to Caufield 3 tracks
@@archmcdonald6170 I remember the stub siding at Springvale still being there when I transferred to the sparks but the rest of the line was gone. 👍😀

I used to live on the Dandenong Rd side of Sandown Park and have plenty of memories of having to walk all the way around the outskirts of the park itself instead of cutting through it to get home, except on rare occasions when the gates were open. Mainly because the 800 wasn't running or schedules didn't match up.

I am not sure if it is allowed but is there a chance of a video of your drivers cabin. Unless I have missed one. I understand timing is not always possible just would be interesting.

Not the same Carnegie of my youth. Underpass on the station side. Earliest memory is the installing of boom barriers in the 60's. Started and finished many journeys there.
