Woah! Amazing new car! Thanks for trying that Group N upper control arm bushing. Why would it be smaller? Also, don’t you already have the STI brakes on the WRX?
Thanks!! and Duuuuude, that was a good catch with the Brembo gaffe lol. I meant the OEM Brembo Rotors, not "brakes". Brembo released aftermarket OEM STi cross drilled rotors a few years ago lol. I have no idea why STi would make a smaller GrpN upper control arm bushing for rally racing. It does not seem safe since the alignment would keep changing when driving on the road so I said "forget it!". Any new mods to your STi? I remember you are paying it off first which is a great idea!! Only person that may know would be @jeffarcher8791
@@j168vlogs The STi is paid off! I’m saving right now for the S208 Bilsteins and once I have them, all the stockpiled suspension parts can go on. Archer1.8’s build definitely is the blueprint💯
@@jazzblaster I'd be interested in your experience with those Bilsteins once you install them. I've got all the other JDM/OEM+ suspension & chassis parts on my 2018 STI.
@@gran_turing Nice! Did you do all the Group N bushings too? But, yeah, I’ll make a video about the Bilsteins when I get them on. I’m torn on which ones to get because there are a few different special STis in Japan and they all had different setups but I’ll probably go S208.
Thanks! It looks a million times better in person. Videos and pictures really don't do the car justice but I'll do my best on UA-cam! Will put a review of the car up next after driving it for about 1000 miles which should not take long lol. Believe it or not, I found out my neighbour has a '95 NSX sitting in his garage!!!!
Congrads! Was carious how you jack your car up? I have been struggling trying to find a good jacking spot at the front for my STI - if i am trying to use 4 welding points, the jack stand i am using is too big so i cannot fit the car jack same time with that.
Hey what's up! Thanks!!! The WRX and the STi have front and rear jack points at the front jack plate/steering protection plate and rear differential. I would suggest downloading the factory service manual directly from Subaru. It should be clearly illustrated and explained in the "Notes" section for basic repair operations. Hope that helps!!!
Congratulations man! You deserve it!
Awe thanks dawg!!

Wow. I was 100% wrong! It is a RCF Track edition. What a beautiful machine! Woohoo 🎉
