Thank you John, I appreciate that. Excuse the pun, but for the time being I have parked the channel due to family and various other things that happened over the last year or so. Hoping to get back into things maybe later this year. All the best. Cheers 🍻
@@rev-viewsauto Quite a few around however I really want the Premium Plus trim with Panoramic Sunroof and Electric seats! Im making life very difficult for myself there!!
@@Marko_2807 lol, but if you really want it it's worth finding the right one. I'm finishing off a few videos on my new 540i, bit of a unicorn car due to its spec, but when I found it I pulled the trigger.
@@rev-viewsauto This is true but they costing more used than new right now as they the top ones are so few and far between! I'll look out for that video!!
Great review with a good deal of focus spent on the right areas. Can you comment on the ride quality over different types of surfaces, and also about wind/road noise at higher speeds?
Thank you mate, appreciated. I would say its neutral with a slight bias towards sporty. So not too hard and great for a mixture of road. Excellent at 70mph as well. Not noisey. If you did change the wheels for bigger ones with lower profile tryes then you might end up sacrificing ride quality and more noise. Hope that helps. Cheers 🍻
Nice video, very informative. I'm really thinking to get it. There is one thing I couldn't fine which is important for me is how far the car would go with the full charged battery and a full tank of petrol?
We have just bought an A250e. We use it in comfort and the engine doesn't kick in at all? Push sport the engine cones on , but we have never seen it come on in comfort?
Can I just add that although there are more charging points than petrol stations, the fact that is those charging station are 95% engaged. So you can either charge the cars way too early or way to late. So I won't recommend electric cars and phev's.
I think that's more of your option than fact based I'm afraid. Electric vehicles are here and not going away in any case. But either way we are all entitled to our opinions. Cheers 🍻
I agree - firstly petrol stations have multiple filling points, so the comparison is totally invalid. Secondly - I don’t know of a car that takes more than 5 minutes to fill from empty. Thirdly the whole car is compromised by the extra weight and complexity. Fourthly every manufacturer of PHEVs appears to have upped their price by £10k to price themselves out of reach for the average motorist.
I had the 2020 A200 D, what you failed to mention was the poor build quality of the A class. I traded my A class due to cabin rattling, that mb couldn't fix even under warranty. This is a common theme on forums. I now have a C class built like a proper merc.
What I failed to mention... lol. OK Steve. When you have made a better video do let me know won't you. Perhaps you can review your C Class instead? Cheers 🍻

Hi there, I was wondering what the differences were with the 2020 model and the 2021 model of the 250e hatchback? Thanks
@SaladinSnake88 hey, I think the 2021 model came with parking sensors as standard. No sure of any other changes.

The video said 400 to 450 miles.

@PaulKayll89 Hello. That's interesting to hear, are you thinking it's not running correctly? Could always look into software updates for the ECU.
@@rev-viewsauto should the engine be kicking in and out in comfort mode?
@PaulKayll89 if you put your foot down it should yeah
Anyone know if the 2020 year has a timing belt Or timing chain ?

That's great information my friend, appreciate you watching and sharing that with us. Will make for a great new line up for sure. cheers
Its shame the did not do much on the hood . 2 lines would be a complete different look
Yeah, guess they went with the simple streamlined approach.
very good nr where i live
Thanks Colin
The engine is ass.. I have one of these. Electric train is really good doh
Yeah its a great hybrid combo. But I know what you mean. Can't beat a big petrol engine. Cheers 🍻
Maybe not hold the top of the steering wheel? It’s poor driving technique and spoils the visuals.
Righto, and did you enjoy the video? What were your favourite parts? Cheers 🍻
