    I apply these exercise, it's really work, before 15 mints I can't walk and can't set, but when I try this exercise, it's amazing, the pain is 90% gone, thank u so much ,

      You can't sitting and either walking but your body is still allowed to doing this workout that is a miracle

      I know man it’s bad to strain and apply to much pressure on your spinal but man what can we do us men have to work and stay physical some how sometimes I hate having a freakin spine😂💯

    These are great exercises! I generally don't have back pain. I do get back pain during my periods which is quite normal because of the contractions of the uterus. I can try these exercises.

      . That is genuinely a huge deal to me since I have attempted many, many guidelines and also my back still hurts after each a different one. I can`t believe I have acquired the answer for my back trouble I am hoping this will by final relief!.

      Thank you for your question. Our exercise specialist, Cliff Bardelli recommends doing these exercises 1-2 times a day depending on how well you can tolerate it. He recommends a small amount of focused muscle activation every day.

    Been 10 months am suffering from lower back pain because of gym.
    Sir. My MRI report says "minimally bulged annulus at L4-L5 level indenting thecal sac and compromising neutral canal bilaterally" I am having morepain whenever I sit and pain exists all over time. Pls help me what kind of exercise I should do???

      Forearm planks:
      2-3 sets of 30-60 seconds
      Glute Bridges:
      2-3 sets of 10-20 repetitions
      Rotational Side plank:
      2-3 sets of 10 (5 holds on each side)
