    Homemade clubs, a couple years ago I got the circular strength bug and it has only gotten more intense.

      Mukul Sharma it’s more of a short mace actually... my homemade gada is 4’ long. This was more of an introduction for people not familiar with any circular strength training variations. All the best to you.

    What are the dimensions of clubs? And their respective weight

      The short mace was about 20lbs and 30 inches long. The Jori clubs were about 10lbs each and 3 feet long.

      6” diameter head 1.5” handle. Hope that helps.
      Most of these have been given away to friends so I can’t remeasure them.
