- How to make an Indian Club with:
- and empty plastic bottle
- a stick (or any piece of wood just under an inch thick)
- some sand, gravel or dirt
- a screw
Should have slowed it down at 5:43 to show the drilling of a pilot hole through the cap and screwing in the screw. This keeps the dowel in the bottle.
