Hi! This was super helpful - any tips for helping baby keep her elbows tucked in general? Mine loves keeping that wife base or pushing up. She won’t rest on her elbows at all.
Mine started rolling (a bunch) at 3.5 month-ish now from back to tummy and got stuck there. This tip seems very helpful, though my baby won’t reach for toys yet... he’ll grab things close to him but he hasn’t reached for stuff yet so the incentive for him to shift his weight won’t be working.
Hi, what about babies with pvl and optic nerve damage that cant focus on toys...My baby is 9 month old and still not rolling over...she is on physical therapy as well and hime we are trying to do this exercises but we dont see any results
Hi, I would look for things that motivate her. Does your voice? Does a toy that makes a certain sound? If auditory works then use that to help her 'track' or orient to the sound and then build that in for encouraging rolling. Also continue to work on the strength and weight shifting but varying how you are doing tummy time (ball, cushion, while moving). Does that make sense? Without knowing your little one it's hard to give specifics.
Thank you for this video! It’s hard to find videos about tummy to back, pretty much all videos are about back to tummy. Super helpful!
Glad it was helpful!

Don't give up, help him reach! Also have him turn his head to look at things which will also encourage weight shifting!
Thank you for this video!

Do you need to practice on each side? My son started rolling to his left side. He has yet to roll to his right side.
Yes. That's great that he's rolling to his left! Now work with him on rolling to the right!
Can you provide the name of this toy?
Sassy Spinner I think. Here's the link! www.amazon.com/dp/B004AHMCKA/?ref=idea_lv_dp_
How old was he, when he did that
4-5 months
how old is this baby ?
Maybe about 4.5-5 months.
You can get fm belly button back
Very rough with the baby 😩
That's why we break it down and they learn over time! Lots of tummy time is one of the key factors!
