Isnt it possible to replace the plastic "problem part" with a through drilled M10 or witchever size fits through the exhisting hole? Can add a washer to keep the spring on.
I was thinking exactly that!!! I'm hoping it will work if the MacGyver doesn't hold!!!! I'm glad to see my idea wasn't ridiculous! Thank you so much for the comment!
@@EnclaveZA No prob, Im watching from the western cape. I enjoy the honest and straight forward videos you do. Hoping to get a pistol as soon as possible and also start reloading. I handed in my competency application a month ago so lve got a wait ahead still. Keep up the good work...
i have the 2023 lee pro 1000, with the same locking bushings, preventing the bullet feeder's position to be at the right location. same as yours, isn't your setup now too high for bullets to pass the top and flick out ?
I almost bought that for my old Loadmaster press, but after talking to several people. I'm glad I didn't . I've since upgraded to a Six Pack Pro Press, and now I'm looking at an inline bullet feed die. I'd suggest you do the same. That old finger style bullet feeder isn't as good design as their newer inline setup.
It all boils down to how important giving up a die spot for bullet feeder is worth it? In-line bullet feed is 2x$$, BRAND NEW & really great but I think there’s so much online to fix any issue or prevent any issue with the set up you have, it makes it all worth it! ! I’m envious of everyone able to grab the ultimate turret press now from Lee!

Lee inline bullet feeder would be perfect for your six pack pro.
Get a bullet dropper and bullet feeder from blackpowderballistics and then add a case feeder too no mess no fuss
I will 100% check them out! Thank you so much for the comment!
Mix some baking soda and superglue and apply on bottom as something stronger than just superglue or JB WELD plastic weld
