The E in 190 E stands for "einspritzung" or fuel injected in English. However you are right the 190 had no differences between a diesel and a petrol model except the vent on the front quarter pannel on one side so if you put a diesel in a 190 E it automatically becomes a 190 D in my opinion

It's diesel engine the E after the 190 doesn't make any sense

If it is om606 than it is 190d no 190e 190e is petrol bud 190d is diesel
But car is full
190d came with the om603, this was probably a 190e with a 2.0 motor swapped to om606
