    Don't knock yourself, I came across this guy a few moths back and I started trying his movements out and I was surprised how quickly my body adapted now at the gym people look at me like I'm from a different planet. You'll fall off the swiss ball a few times but it's worth the knocks. Start slow, pace yourself and it will be the best form of training you've ever done.

    I just took some of your circular dumbbell work to the park yesterday after doing sprints, chin-ups, and pushups...and holy shit: I never thought 15 lbs. in each hand could be so damn heavy! I love it! Thanks for the information!

    Love the speed of your videos. Just short of 30 different exercises in less than 5 minutes. Most other fitness videos take that long just to explain one exercise

    I am grateful for the video. UA-cam is perfect for this type of thing.
    My best friend had been bullied. He stated he was intending to get bigger muscles. I laughed... Right up until without warning he packed on 40 pounds of complete muscle mass. He made use of the Muscle Building Bible (look in Google). He doesn't get bullied any longer. :)
    I actually subscribed a few days ago. Plus the guys emails are awesome!

    @barthelfatness and @partiepistol All of the exercises named (deadlifts, squats, dips, pullups, cleans) can be functional. "Functional" isn't about how an exercise looks; it's about what an exercise produces. If an exercise is mechanically sound, and applies an understanding of functional anatomy so that the exercise helps facilitate or prevent an intended movement, it's a "Functional Exercise". I've got a video called "Bodybuilding vs Holism: A Clubbell Comparison" that you may find useful.

    @partiepistol every movement takes some type of coordination 2 perform that can b appied to real movements & situations. such as fighting, 4 example.
    the only functional movements u mentioned r deadlifts & pull ups (lifting from ground & pulling urself up). i don't think any1 will be getting paid 2 do, or saving their life doing, dips.
    these movements he performs are all applicable. unlike a bodybuilding/powerlifting regimine... which i follow myself, so i'm not being a dick.
