I love those fluted tea light holders, I use them all over the house. They are perfect to use with battery operated tea lights because the fluting disguises the candle and diffuses the light. So high end looking, IMO

At the $1.25 store they had a topiary form that had 3 "rings" that lay flat in the package but swing out 3D to make a ball shape and they just pop apart. I think that's what she used because of the little loop in the top? I used my large one for a wreath but it's such a cute idea I'll try it with a leftover one!
