THRIFT HAUL | 30 Items NEW VINTAGE & ANTIQUE, Purple Asparagus Plants, painting jobs for SPRING

Todays video is something a little different to my last 9, I have a thrift haul, my daughter and I have been out thrifting over the last month, the weather has warmed up so we have been out and about, we are planning a small bedroom makeover so we are on the lookout for updating some decor.
Not all of this is for the makeover but we are slowly finding things for that.
I have been thrifting most of my life, along with all our furniture being antiques we have added to since I was 18.
I also found purple asparagus to add to my newly ever expanding asparagus patch, this year is the first year I have been properly picking from it and it has been next level exciting as with all perennial vegetable and tree planting, an investment of time and patience.
I found my 5th Areobin composter on Facebook market place, I find these to be the best compost bins, as usual I a paint it, when finding them secondhand they are always a faded green and a coat of paint gives them a new lease of life.
Also painted a small area that has bothered me for years.
Cooking from scratch can feel overwhelming but with a few prepped ingredients from my freezer and a pantry and fridge stocked with simple staples, scratch made meals will flow from your kitchen.
I cook with gluten free ingredients and a budget friendly mind set always.

Thank you for your lovely comment Autumn’s my favourite season also, but there is something so good about the early warm sunny days of spring after the cold of winter that makes me feel so energised. I have such a yearning to paint the house!
