Truly medicinal and loaded with nutrients and vitamins and minerals that the body needs to make it healthy . Blending the fresh fruits with the water from the cooked peeling of pineapple , orange is a great idea. Makes it even more potent.

I like the addition of lemon, ginger and the way you boil the pineapple peels, core, orange peels together and I also like that you use the boiled peels water to blend the fruits. The mango, pineapple and orange juice, looks so yummy! Well done

Why did u add vinegar to wash them? How many ounces do u drink a day? Ur receipts look so good but could u pls explain a little better on how to and when to drink it. Both these blenders r good but too pricey 4 me. Could u recommend another one pls. Thank u
I used vinegar, to wash the fruits to get rid of germs. The pineapple orange mango drink is just a refreshing one, you can drink as many as you want.
