I got that also when flimming in brighter background. That what they call it chromatic aberration or purple fringing in digital camera. Also due to lens flare. Happen in high contrast boundary between low light and brighter background. Some digital camera could not do well in that situation. It can be corrected though in editor.

In my previous experience, I will use 1080p30fps or 2k30fps for lesser white pixels.
great demo. So what's your best setting for low light? It seems a toss up between 2K30 and 1080p30...
None is good for low light. However any 30fps is little bit better to absorb more light. I just use 1080p 30fps or 4k30fps.
