would you please make worlds/maps/scenes to place called VRCHAT. it needs people who are talented in making worlds/places you can walk around and socialize in VR . downside is that its on Unity . not on Unreal engine, i see such wasted potential when i see so many talented world creators just making worlds for youtube, if you want your stuff to be seen, why limit it to just Videos? why not let people experience in virtual reality. people love to chill together on campfire. mountains and hills in vr, and if you personally havent experienced it, you should. the so called Metaverse is allready a thing and its known as Vrchat. not the bs what meta has been advertiseing

As I glance over peering through my office window... then back at the Quixel Megascans Hornbeam displaying in crisp 4k on my HDR monitor and surmise that it's looking more real to me than the one in my backyard ...I uneasily realize that there just might be more to this simulation hypothesis thing than I had originally thought.

PINES !!! Give us pines ! :) I believe that pine is the most beautiful tree, as it almost doesn't change in any season of the year. So in winter, when all other trees are looking so depressing, pines and spruces stay the same. I also think that it's relatively easy to scan them vs other trees...
This Tree are fantastic, the only visual problem right now is the wind, would be great if with the pivot painter had a noise distribution mode that made it move in a more believable way, of course I understand the difference between WPO, with Pivot Painter mode and simulation. But it would be great to investigate a little to improve the dynamics of this plant as well.

Great news we really needed some trees, and this looks amazing. Thanks 😀you are making my workflow much simpler every day. Oh i'm so old remember taking hundreds of pictures of leaves, all the messing cutting out alpha, making my own disp and normal maps with some NVidea plugin I cant remember name of now. Then all the messing with Opacity and aaaghhhh. Awesome job.
This is incredible I feel that with unreal 5.1's Nanite foliage and this pack we can make never ending forest to really set in the photo realism.

Quixel does not only bridge the gap between high-quality assets and Unreal Engine, but also bridges the gap between small teams (who doesnt always have the AAA setup for scanning) with a quick workflow for faster prototyping and development. I sound like im hired at Quixel with that, but I am not. Im just a Swedish game developer looking for the most optimal workflow to produce a debut experience and eventually start a studio on my own. Tack för ert hårda arbete.

Does anyone know why the trees aren't in Megascans Bridge?
Likely because they are in early access still. Will probably be in Bridge once they are out of early access is my guess
I love your work.
It looks amazing, thank you very much for your work, however, on Megascans all its content is about 80% natural objects and 20% man-made objects. Considerable disproportion. There are six wooden chairs and about sixty stones in comparison. But again, thank you very much and I appreciate your work. Whatever you scan, the quality is absolutely impeccable.
