I have the same tv, no power. Not getting 24v across like you're getting. I am getting 24v from the brick as I was able to test that. Where can I order this particular board?

What was the original issue with this tv? Facing a possible bad power board now, same exact tv. Tried a hard reset and I still get the 4 times blinking red light. Please let me know if you had the same issue

I might have screwed up this power board when the tv froze with youtube app opened, I then pulled the ac power cord from the tv where this power board is located. Now, the tv has no power at all. Do you think that might be the case?

What are the symptoms you're getting if you plug it in and try to turn it on?

@@CrimsonRepair No power at all. No lights of any colors.

@@vsmedia476 Without being able to test it myself, my guess would be the main board, not the power board. I've worked on a number of these Sony smart TVs from this era and the processors just die randomly.

@@nathanokeefe9169 Hantek 2C42/2C72/2D42/2D72 depending what bandwidth of the oscilloscope you want and whether you want a wave generator or not. Cheapest would be the 2C42. I'm using the 2D72 so that I can inject waves if I need to.

I found the power board on ebay but did not buy. My tv still working, when it does not turn on, I unplug power cable and then plug it back in. Then I hold the power button on the bac of the tv for couple seconds. Sometime it worked sometime need to repeat the steps again which is stupid. No more SOny TV

Thang Hong is the tv still functioning?

    • @thanghong2848

Yes it is still working but sometime can't turn it on with the remote control. I have to unlug the power cord from the back of the tv and then plug it in. Press and hold the power button on the side of the tv until the led light of the tv is on. When it doesn't work this is the only way I can turn the tv on. This is my first and last sony tv. I bought this tv before of the android platform.

Unfortunately I've found that this power board seems to be functioning normally. I need to do a little more testing, but I'm setting up a test display to test individual parts one by one and see if I can find which board the culprit is.
