@@Seanonyoutube I’ve had good luck with it so far. It says it removes bacteria and Protozoa which is the same as any other filter I’ve used in the backcountry and is standard across those types of filters
@@ChadLubinski right. Personally I’d be hesitant to use those alone unless I was somewhere really high up where water is really pristine. The moment you deal with biological runoff, viruses is a real issue. That’s why I use a pre filter bag + chlorine dioxide.
@ I understand. The only time ive ever considered doubling up in the mountains is on the Colorado Trail where you go through sections of cows defecating near the water sources. Otherwise I’ve never felt the need to double and sometimes will drink without any filter
