The improvement in 8K video quality over my S21 Ultra is astounding. Nice to see you avoiding panning in this video as it is the one area where 30fps video falls down in comparison to 60fps to my eyes.
I’ve been watching this S23 Ultra 8K on my 8K TV and it is incredible. It did panning in the video and it was flawless. The key to panning is rate of pan as it relates to frame rate and field of view. So 30fps or even 24 is fine as long as you get the rate right.

Other than 8K/30 - it's all auto.
