- Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra has fantastic 8K video abilities, as seen in this video taken in Novi Sad, Serbia. Galaxy S23 has an improved 8K video with 30 frames per second without embedded zoom, making S23 Ultra the best phone for 8K ultra videos.

Fantastic resolution, clarity, shadows, natural colors. S23 Ultra seems perfect for video recordings
Thank you very much! Indeed, S23 Ultra really delighted me with its abilities to produce so crisp 8K videos, in 30 frapes per second, without artificial zooming and with great stabilization even for 8K videos, while absolutely steady shot option is only available for 4K 60 fps video recordings.
Well done for great video 9n S23 Ultra, seriously improved and advanced phone, much better than iphone 14 pro max.
Thank you very much!
Perfect 8K video! S23 Ultra seems to have much improved camera for 8K video!
Thank you very much for your comment! Yes, camera is much improved compared to 8K video recording options on previous phones!
камера на 60 фпс, жулье блин...
Fantastic video! S23 Ultra seems perfect for making videos as I see excellent stabilization, smoothness, resolution, natural colors, and a great mic.
Thank you very much! Yes, S23 Ultra seems really perfect for photo and video recording!
S23 Ultra has so much improved resolution and stability for videos, among other things. Really a great upgrade and beautiful video prof!
Thank you very much! You are absolutelly right about S23 Ultra.
Perfect video, well done!
Thank you!
Another great video on this channel, but this one is really fantastic. You have done a review even without any talk and text. Really well done. You have another follower!
Thank you very much for your comment and your support!
Professor, another great video!
Thank you very much!
As always, wonderful video professor!
Thank you very much!
The actual impresive thing is the color profile and the stabilization.
This is what makes that a really good phone for 8k.
People may havent realise, but its been quite a while that phones can shoot at 8k resolution, but the iplementation sucks,
but since galaxy s23 ultra there is actually a reason to use it.
Thank you very much for your comment! You are absolutly right! Improved stabilization (actually almost perfect for recording from hand), color profile that is perfect at night too, and zero cropping in 8K video recording, plus 30fps vs 24fps, made Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra really viable phone for 8K recording!
Just perfect, nothing less, nothing more! Well done!
Thank you very much!
Very beautiful resolution and colors
Thank you very much!
GLAD I GOT THIS PHONE. Its really amazing.
Yes, it really is the great phone. I will ad video and photo comparison tomorrow, I was astonished with how they improved this phone.
@@ProfessorXplain please add the 4k portrait mode as well thank you.
@@BLAKEEATS1988 Thank you for your idea, I will include it in a separate video.
Very beautiful! Where is this city?
Thank you very much! This city is Novi Sad and it is in Serbia.
The quality has really improved. I wonder what the S24 improvement would be like 😍❤
Thank you very much for your comment! Yes, who knows what S24 will bring, but I suppose that will be polished in S25, the same as S23 Ultra is a polished and improved in comparison to S22 Ultra.
hope 8k 60 fps hdr
Hopefully, but I suppose they will provide 8K60fps with S25. 8K24fps they exploited for 2 years, so I expect with 8K30fps will be the same. But, who knows.
I hope you enjoyed the video I shot in 8K video with 30 fps on Galaxy S23 Ultra. Please like, subscribe, and support the the channel with super thanks.
I really did ❤👍🏾
Thank you very much!
great video thanks
we want video like this testing all lenses especially 10x zoom pls
in daylight
Thank you very much. I have already tested photos and videos in this video ua-cam.com/video/65N0QNp3D-s/v-deo.html and front camera in this video ua-cam.com/video/qcyavBmvg7Y/v-deo.html I want to test astrophotography (need clear sky) and 200 mp macro and zoom options and moon zoom, so they will be in another two videos.
Dynamic range is great
Thank you very much for your comment! I agree with you.
WOW
Thank you very much!
Beautiful video.
Have you tried filming in 4K/60fps/HDR10+ and then uploaded to UA-cam?
I'm having problems with all the videos I shoot on my S23 Ultra in HDR10+. They only showing up as HDR when uploaded to UA-cam
When I do the same with my old Note20 Ultra, the video becomes HDR10+ on UA-cam...
Software issue... ?
Thank you very much. I haven't yet tried as I am delighted with 8K. I tried only in comparison video you can find here - ua-cam.com/video/65N0QNp3D-s/v-deo.html Anyway, good idea for another video.
People say there is no point in capturing @ 8k but when you play it on a large screen vs 4K the quality difference is very obvious..
Thank you very much for your comment? Exactly!
How you are going to play it on a TV that does not support 4K???
Easy, but you want be able to see all improvements.
Beautiful quality and excellent stabilization. But what is causing the jerkiness when panning - from around 17 seconds to 32 seconds - even when playing back at 1080P?
Thank you very much for your comment! I tought that is the problem, but later I figured that panning and other movements must be done a bit slower. In this video, made also in 8K, you can see a lot gimbal like movements with Galaxy S23 Ultra but without any gimbal - ua-cam.com/video/DAgCjgCo7EU/v-deo.html
@@ProfessorXplain Thanks, Professor! I think you're right that the panning speed makes a big difference - your Lake Bled video is beautiful. 🙂
Thank you very much!
Hello sir, I recorded an 8K video and uploaded it directly to UA-cam, but it does not appear in 8K format, but it is converted to 4K only. I do not know the reason.
Hello! Thank you for your comment! UA-cam generally lower the resolution to make smaller files they keep on their servers, so that means we usually get 4K but resolution is still higher if the video is recorded in 8K. But, usually in the process resolution is somehow untouched. I don't update directly from my phone, but most often I download to PC and than combine clips in Adobe Premiere (any other software can be use). Then, I check the resolution in final file and then update to UA-cam. Finally, the resolution you get depend on the hardware you use, on 8K tv you would get the best, but you also can get lower resolution of 720p.
@@ProfessorXplain Thank you for this helpful comment and thank you for your time sir
No problem at all!
Why UA-cam only let me play in 2160p max? On my s23ultra
Thank you for your comment. Actually, the highest resolution on S23 ultra is 3088 x 1440, so even if they allow you to watch in 4K, you actually watch in 1440p.
Watch it on the browser, it would show you 8k on the app it won't.
@ProfessorXplain ah, so it records 8k but don't display 8k, in 8k,
So now I'm looking at 8k tv's
8k 65" lg nano for £900, not bad, I quite rate the lg nano tech, I have a nano 4k TV already
Exactly! S23 Ultra records in 8K but cannot show your video in 8k, actually not any other phone currently available. Watching on 8K tv is the real thing.
High res but not that smooth
Its because it has a large amount of data. This video has over 10 Gb for 6 minutes. So you need to have excellent internet connection or you can lower the resolution. And of course, this is recorded on phone and is better than almost every professional camera!
This is the first time an 8K video recorder from a phone is this good. All other 8K videos recorded from other phones have been trash.
Thank you for your comment. Exactly, for the first time 8K video on the phone has sense, and its good in the daylight and at night.
