I'm a tata punch owner... would like to say that Tatas after sales service is the worst I'm facing lot of issues in my car and service is pathetic..

Absolutely worst service
We have driven 30000 Kms so far no problem s.
Now this is an honest and real review otherwise there are always paid videos who just praise the EVs and only tell you good and nice things people fall in trap and then they face these problems
We should have more videos of facing problems and some solutions

Points to be noted if your fighting for your case in the court-
1. The court always believes in documented evidence, so make sure you have your proofs in the right manner.
2. In the video you mentioned that your source who works in tata motors had told you that a service battery was placed in your car instead of a new battery. So in the court’s point of view your Source is considered as a witness, so kindly take his consent and make sure he is okay with everything that is going to happen if it comes to questioning in the court of Law. Because if he is working for tata motors then he may lose his job for being a liability.
3. In the video you had mentioned that the wireless charger was not working for your iphone 14 pro max. In the new series of apple phone (14,15) there has been a design flaw with the camera bump, which is making wireless charging difficult. So kindly confirm that again.
4. The next time you face these kind of issues. Kindly share your problems on X (Formerly twitter) by tagging Tata Motors. The higher officials can resolve your issue in a much more productive manner than the showroom executives, coz alot of Showrooms have a reputation for being unprofessional when it comes to sales and service.

The owners problem may be genuine. But it doesn't mean that tata EV Cars are useless. They are far better than any other EVs . Harman system is the best enfortainment system as I have experienced...

This is only the reason tht I was planning to go for tata Nexon ex but dropped the plan because after purchasing a car from tata , I did not want to fall into this situation , which is very poor after sales service of Tata . It’s not only with Tata , Mahindra is more worse than Tata . We buy a car only once but after sales service is required every year , Only buying for the sake made in India does not work if the service is pathetic.

Service battery is not the old battery, it is old battery with same SoH, ask the owner to contact me, i will get his SoH checked and remove his doubt.he did good by goung to court if he feels cheated

It is necessary Tata monitors its service providers. Tata should cancel the license of that service provider and gives the guy new EV with reasonable compensation.

If it's genuine u will get full refund with intrest till the date of judgement file a case do nt hesitate car +time +consumer rules = peace of mind ...file a case tag that battery details to tata motors and share it in social media since I dnt get any fault bt if ur facing means it's big mistake that u will face in future

I had also booked nexon ev, but after seeing so many horror reviews, i cancelled the booking. Subsequently purchased comet ev. 4000km in 4 months. Touchwood, no issues yet
