    This is gold. I've been fighting early extension. All the other videos talk about posture but this explanation of how I can stop firing my right hip on the downswing gave me an a-ha moment. Thanks.

    This is the secret! I've been struggling with this sequence and now focussing on my right glute on the downswing has got be automatically doing the squat move I see Rory do. Thanks a million!

    This! It triggered a memory I had of a swing feel that gave me good solid contact. This motion restricts my movement some, but extra club head speed is no use without sweet spot contact. Just tried in the net with foot powder and face contact is spot on. Thanks.

    Thanks for this. I developed a tendency to "spin out" since I started speed training. I gained length, but it's a completely different move from my base mechanics losing on accuracy and these check points help really help to make sure I'm not getting carried away.

    Great explanation on how to move the hips and the squat. This was the missing piece and my early extension is starting to disappear. Great stuff Kerrod !

    Exactly what I need to hear, matching this up with low point control is my only pain point when I try to get this sequencing.
    Probably something else going wrong when I try to think about re-flexing.

    EE comes from attempting to force the clubhead downward toward the ball. This is simply a result of improper intentions. Fix the intention and EE disappears.

    I did this yesterday and picked up 15-20 yards n my drives. Better iron play too.

    Two points why can’t you use a real golfer with the EE issue.
    And trying to make a swing trying to squat and stick your backside out destroys any natural timing. Sorry guys
