    Your instruction was so helpful. I now visualize a table top under the shaft on the same angle as the shaft. All I do now is swing the shaft along the table top angle. This works great. Thank you

      @@kerrodgraygolf no, thank you… this just put all the pieces together. I’m headed to the course right now after hitting a few balls. I was struggling with too deep or too shallow take away but this gave me the exact perfect feel at the top for my trigger… perfection!

  • @ufukgoksu9851

    I usually pinched my arms to keep them togeher (possşble tension) but I think squeezing only the elbows would be better. Some say you do not need to do this as well just keep them soft and relaxed. However, I know when arms are kept together creates much better shots. Any comment appreciated

      If it works for you then that's the most important thing! Rather than pinching your elbows together, you could try this Pete Cowen move instead: ua-cam.com/video/YmmKOjKSz2g/v-deo.html

    I like to think of my humerus bone rotating externally in the backswing. When the humerus bone rotates it activates many big muscles.

    .. all of these exaggerated comments saying “pure gold” and “fantastic”, Kerrod have you paid some bot farm to send you nice comments, that’s what it looks like when compared to other golf coach channels, your channel seems to have a lot of it hmmmm 🤔
    John Rahm has very wide elbow at the top and narrows as he comes down with the narrowest after impact. I find this helps release the club properly

    As an amateur I'm completely overloaded. Way too much technical information delivered way too quicjly. Fine when you're talking to an experienced golfer as you are here but you're not simplifying the issues for the amateur who needs a few simple drills. This feels like a video for coaches.

    Good stuff. But the teaching is awkward and it’s too hard for the average person to comprehend all this stuff. You need to break it down in a couple key things that a recreational Player can sync their mind into and do.

    It’s amazing about 99.999% of golfers don’t have any idea of what a pro swing is and how to do it.

    • @chipnorris1268
      @chipnorris1268 Рік тому +1

      I don’t find it amazing at all. a pro swing is extremely difficult, rhythm, balance, flexibility.
      even the above average golfer struggles to repeat it all. repetition and deliberate movement is everything in golf.
