You are great at teaching and explaining in a child like level that makes it easy for beginners to advance painters to understand. Thank you for your videos.

Hey bud I know you don't do exteriors but I'll ask anyways. What about caulking the butt joints on hardiplank? Some houses were built without flashing in behind and require re caulking when doing repaints. I know a lot of siders use quad max, but do you think shermax will work? I use shermax for everything else outside like trim etc

Total opposite from what you said in the beginning. You should NOT be using cheaper caulking for new construction, because of the house settling, unregulated temperatures, etc. cheap still will crack out within a week and you’ll have to touch up

Are you saying you use those around shower trays?
I thought you had to use pure silicone bath and shower sealant?

Gosh i hate 950a it dries too quickly complete garbage in my opinion
Super Sticky gives you no time to tool
Quick dry caulkings even give you more working time than that crap
    850 is better
Alex quick dry is my favorite at this time
    Im in the US however
The UK and Australia are way ahead of us in painters caulking and sealants
I think they add more silicone
    to theirs
    Higher silicone ratio
No Nonsense is the best caulking i have ever used it’s from England

I like your videos but Sherwin Williams is the enemy. Teach how to use the proper materials and sundries to promote efficiency and quality in one shot
