    Tip: Restricting on "junk" foods will only make you binge on them later. Don't eliminate foods all at once. Instead focus on building a healthy diet AROUND the snack and treat foods. Then you will have BALANCE

      While I agree partially, the term BALANCE needs more definition than is currently given. A true beginner needs to break habits and dependencies on junk food which gets confusing for them if the term moderation/balance are not defined correctly. How much junk food is okay? What qualifies as junk food? What happens if they don’t see results because they confused moderation with dependency? Building a healthy diet around treat foods is a more advanced step once they have learnt to not be dependent on junk food !

      It depends on the kinda person you are. I think it’s easier to stop at once because you get the pleasure of feeling like you’re changing for the better sooner instead of going through it slowly and feeling like you’re not getting better

      I think as long as you eat fruit protein bars nuts cheese and get a lot of nutrients and then have like an ice cream you’d be ok but not sure if you can still build muscle that way or if you will still have fat but ik you’d lose weight as long as you’re at a deficit

      Write down the snacks that you want on your list without stepping into the store. Then don't buy anything outside of that. I would say that would be one way to start.

    Just have a cheat day once a week while the rest of the week your strictly dieting there are a lot of people who do this and they lose weight, search it up online if you don’t believe me.

      That work for some people. But people can find it too restrictive. An overall balanced diet of non-restriction of portion control. Is more helpful to lotta people.

    My concern on your point
    1. I have nothing in my kitchen like junk food but when I feel hungry I go to market and eat I'm not able to stop eating.
    2. when I feel hungry as snack/breakfast what to eat I'm living alone & doing a job.
    3. I take meals as per my hunger at that time.

    I think u should have a balance , eat healthy food and "junk food " cause i believe both ways if taken to extrim can be harmful ,and can help occur a eating disorder which is way worse then any food

      Proximity control can be tricky! You can try bringing your own snacks from home to have readily available at your workspace. This way, you'll have an alternative when temptation strikes.
      You can also try mindful snacking. Instead of skipping the snack completely, choose smaller portions, savor each bite, and be conscious of your overall intake! 🤗

    I tried, but unwillingly, I ended up ordering processed food online. Everything healthy I ate in the morning got spoiled as soon as night arrived.😭😭

    Instead of do this ...
    Eat only 2 times a meal in a day by controlling portions eat small portions
    Don't even try to snack kurkure or sugry things like biscuits
    Do your workouts atleast 30 min everyday
    Go for a walk after eating
    And at.the end of the weekend treat yourself with the food you want but don't eat toooooo muchhhhhh

    #1 is BS unless u live in the middle of nowhere... I do that all the time lol nd when im craving junk food, I go downstairs 2 the store across the street and get what I want 😂😭
    #2 is SUPER TRUE!!!!! When I shop while hungry, I buy ALL snacks as well as food lol
    #3 I haven't tried so idk 😅

    Hello,
    Ur advise is good.....which is a good note .....
    Coming to the 1st point ...not pin pointing u or accusing but if we give the same gathered junk to our frnds or neighbor's we some how indulge our frnds or neighbor's to have the same but we get better putting them under a bad meal eater in the way of us getting rid of junk foods.....which is not good ....my personal opinion

    Everyone else in the house eats junk food so it’s EVERYWHERE here and their dinner is always fried bacon potato cheese casserole. I’ll go a week or so making my meals separate but all it takes is one busy day with an all day study session to break
