- She feared for her own safety, says the grandmother of the young woman who called 911 moments before a Euclid police officer was shot in the driveway and later died Saturday.
People need to be responsible in choosing their partners. There’s too much domestic violence and police officers walk into those homes to de-escalate those situations, risking their lives.
Very sad for the loss of the officer.
What about the veteran that was killed by a cop. All lives matter, but the veteran was gunned down in his own place.
You have to be one of "Them" for it to matter.

That woman may have chose a bad partner. However she had EVERY RIGHT to call the cops for protection. Sadly Officer Derbin lost his life.
Prayers go out to the family of the officer. I just hope the USUAL suspect wasn't out on bail or already had 300 charges and shouldn't have been out at all, if so the parole board and everybody else involved NEEDS to be held accountable.
