Everyone I know should watch this every day... well, from 5:30 on at least. As a headshot photographer and videographer I'd say there is possibly no greater asset than the ability to empathize with whoever is in front of your lens.
Discovered your content recently, great information on the tech (like Audition polishing), and also the approach side. Great to see you're local in KC too.
Just watched a few of your interview videos and subscribed! It's super super helpful to see how other people do it! I would love to see a video about what bags/cases you use and how many trips it takes from your car. Sometimes there's quite a distance and many stairs between my car and the interview location, so as a one man crew I'm trying to minimise the number of trips needed.
I would also love to hear your approach to how you pick the best angle in difficult, small or ugly rooms! I've definitely had a few moments where I had to make a quick decision on where to set up, and then once I've fully set up the interview I really wish I picked a different spot 😭 Maybe part of that is also when I don't have a person I can test the frame and lighting with.
Both of these are excellent ideas for videos!! For the record, my main big bag is the Think Tank Production Manager 50. It's reaaaal big - and fits an entire interview setup worth of gear - and my second would be the Pelican 1560, which holds both my cameras, lenses, monitors, batteries, etc. I can get away with those two bags for most shoots.
Yo appreciate this man! Good point about the point and purpose of videos! Your audio video about setting audio levels for background tracks you collabed with Moment with, really helped! Looking forward to more Big O! 😂💯👌🏽
Love it. It's funny, the corporate videos are some of my favorite. How can I be creative an an "un-creative" space? How can I get the best out of untalented 'talent'? Those are the challenges that I love.
Great video. Your color, audio and setting in this was awesome. We’re u using the aperture 120d and the softbox for this one too? Thanks! for putting out great content!
