I checked my smg reservoir and it was full to top. Also have clutch slip in 3rd. Could this be the cause?
Did you ever end up changing the electric motor, the one you had sounds like it is on its last legs.
I ended up rebuilding the whole pump with a new motor, accumulator and replaced all seals
