@@AlmasforTech F5 has Omnivision OV64B sensor which has OIS, factually incorrect. It has a snapdragon processor and fairly good price to perfomance ratio. So people will actually make roms until the end of time. Factually incorrect again.

Really surprised how far Mediatek has come. Few yrs ago it used to be cheap alternate only but now even it's mid range processors are beating snapdragon premium ones while flagships r on par if not better. Big leap for mtk

@@mellowmood9bruh if one series had problems doesn't mean every series will have problems, even if they are Chinese brand but still they are one of the top brands in this market, do you think this reputed sub brand of redmi will not try to improve there phones ofc they will. Stop being judgemental just because one series had probs, company itself had addressed their mistakes, but they didn't do anything that's another matter.
Poco X6 Pro undoubtedly the ultimate king under 30k segment even 30k-40k segment also cannot beat X6 Pro in performance right now for sure
You should also cover vanilla X6 on the 1st day, not just the so called 'Pro'..
X6 with SD7s Gen2 at 20k is absolutely value for money and enough for most of the people.

Absolutely agree with you! This phone truly is a flagship killer. The performance and features you get for the price point are unmatched. While it may have a few cons, like the earphone jack, the pros definitely overshadow them. From its promise of os and security updates to the lightning-fast processor, it's hard to justify spending more on a flagship when you can get almost the same experience here. Well worth considering for anyone looking for top-tier performance without breaking the bank!

The problem with the Mediatek SOCs nowadays is not their performance or efficiency, it's the fact that phones with Snapdragon SOCs have far greater support in the modding community.
Edit: unpopular opinion probably, but the lack of a headphone jack is a deal-breaker, wireless earphones just don't have the same audio quality and the dongles gets lost or misplaced very easily.
What about Type c earphones ??

@@pupa6053 still, most type-c won't offer similar audio quality in the same price range that one with a proper audio jack will, you unnecessarily have to pay a much premium price to get a similar experience audio quality. There's also the fact that I just don't like this trend that Apple had started with the iPhone 7 of phones with no-headphone jack, there's always enough room to get a jack inside, and I don't want to support the products that are going to follow this trend, this is why I haven't bought any iPhones since the iPhone 6S. And I still, to this day, refuse to buy an Android phone without a proper/basic audio interface. I do realise that my last reason is highly subjective and may not be applicable for everyone. People in the US never learnt this on time, but we, India, as the market for the biggest potential in growth for tech products like smartphones, have to learn to vote with our money that we won't stand for such anti-consumer practices from a trillion dollar corporation.
The POCO X6 series looks like a game-changer. Can't wait for it!

Redmi K20 pro was the true successor but they launched it under redmi branding.
Poco F4 & Poco F2 Pro supported 4k@60fps so there were the true successor of F1.
The already made comeback with Poco F5.
We can say that it is a true successor to the F5. Or wait for Poco F6 with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. That will be awesome thanks to the custom rom community.
I have a Poco fone and I have been having motherboard issues. Phone keeps shutting down itself. Sometime phone starts doing wierd thing. Apps open by itself, random clicks happen. Basically phone gets out of control .I have to restart my phone.
Try custom roms

By waiting for that long, the next best Poco device is already out, with even greater specs at not much higher price, which makes you feel bad because you thought that this would already be the best value phone for money.

I am using Poco F5 and never faced any issues with it. You can trust Poco now.

Honestly, there's nothing to compare between them coz Poco X6 Pro literally destroys it in terms of performance. Even performs better than Redmi Note 13 Pro+ in terms of raw performance.

Better to wait for at least 3-4 months as it is POCO. Don't go with just specs at the first sale itself. Wait for full reviews.
By waiting 3-4 months, the next Poco device to replace it is around the corner, with even better specs at not much higher price, and then making you feel regret for purchasing this one, which you thought is already the best deal you could've ever had.

The succeeding X4 and X5 series were never reported to have the same problems again. Neither did the original X and the X2 series had either.
But yes, "just" because the X3 had it, everything in the entire lineup must also have it.
Somehow, on the other hand, I cannot do the same to Samsung by saying that "all of their phones have fire-catching batteries" because the Note 7 had it before. It really makes a lot of sense. 🙂

I highly doubt that. Things have improved quiet a lot
It was a one-off model with the problem, and then everybody accused ALL models to have the same exact problem, even without any evidence of such claims.
Samsung, meanwhile, had a dangerous fire-catching battery in a one specific model, but everybody still trusted them so much to even buy all of their products, and were all more than committed to defend Samsung against it.
They also had extremely faulty Galaxy S20 to S22 series displays, with REPORTED cases of developing green lines on their displays after a few months or years of use. Still, everyone buys them and nobody's calling them out on that.
Why??
Because it is a Samsung. If you are Samsung, you can get away with everything. Having just a one faulty motherboard meant that your entire identity would be based off of that already, but Samsung can have millions of problems and still get worshipped like a God sent from heaven on earth.

Also POCO had repeating motherboard issues my cousins X2, mine X3, my friend X3 pro and colleagues Mi A1 devices all got dead. So, I even stopped purchasing them. After happening this much, it's difficult to trust them, if their software bricks their device it's their responsibility to provide a new motherboard/another device in price tag.
@@troy5568Samsung did acknowledge the problem from them, made a specific R&D team to find and resolve the problem.
Poco first didn't acknowledge the problem sooner, later it didn't tell why phones were being dead and what are they going to do to not repeat it.
Me with X3 Pro suffered with dead issues twice and still afraid of it to dead again cause I'm not sure that this has no issues.
