- This was a hike Nala and I did back in January that I never had a chance to edit. There was a winter weather advisory so Nala and I went out to do one of our favorite hikes, Grandeur Peak. It was snowing most of the hike but then the storm passed and we had the most beautiful views from the top of the mountain. Please enjoy!

Wow, I think this hike had the most scenic views and was really outstanding. Towards the end you could really tell how steep the climb was when Nala got ahead of you. It was amazing that at the top Nala had the energy to go down the other side a little and come back up. On your climbs it is funny to watch Nala when she stops and looks back at you saying "Dad what's taking you so long". Could tell how slick it was with how much you were sliding on your way back down. Thanks for tackling this climbing adventure with Nala and taking up along for the beautiful views.

We live in a very difficult and painful world for a majority of people and animals. So when I see images like that, it feels good man ! A man, his adorable dog, lots of love and respect between you two and the magnificent nature around you, simple things but not so frequent. A big thank you for showing us some beauty and love... She seems to absolutely LOVE snow hiking. I worry her little Nala feet will get frost bite from being in the snow/cold for so long. You seem to know what you're doing and take excellent care of her so I'm positive you would know any risk factors . You two have a bond that you don't see everyday. Great video as usual. You guys have so much fun together it's fun to watch.
Her paws are okay 🥰 goldens tolerate the cold very well. She does have a limit though. Anything between 15-20 degrees F and colder, I have to be more careful with how long she’s exposed to the snow. Above that and as long as we are moving, she’s good!

My goodness boy ever, a shepherd/lab mix, loved snow. It was very important to him to be the first one to make tracks. We would do a countdown 5 to 1, by the door, and when you hit 1, he knew he could bolt out the door and run all over our yard. He stayed in our yard without me ever saying anything. When it snowed while I was at work, he knew to wait by the door for me to open it for his snow run. We loved to play tag after he made sure his were the first footprints. Hardest goodbye in my life when he passed from cancer.
