You have the most incredible skin. Keep it that way for life by wearing daily high-SPF sunscreen, yes in the winter, too. At least apply it to your face, neck and chest down to the neckline you’re wearing. As a mature woman, most of my contemporaries have hideous spotted, leathery chests, especially the fair-complexion, light-eyed ones like you. I started doing my neck and décolletage in my mid-20s after my first season of field work; the damage from that one summer was considerable. (I was only doing my face before then). I wish I had started 10 years earlier.
I don’t usually like bodysuits because they’re made of polyester, which I loathe. I only have one - a silk knit, but I would wear viscose/rayon knit, too, it’s soft, cool and breathable.
I wear nipple covers on underneath! I don’t find it to be see through at all! I have another blouse that is a bit more sheer from H&M, but I wear both of them to work with just nipple covers and don’t feel like I’m flashing anyone haha

Hi Lauren - another fantastic video! I’ve recently revamped my wardrobe and this was very useful. I have that same blazer from H&M it is a bit oversized (I’m 5ft) and was unsure whether to keep it in case it swamped my frame, but the colour and material was just too good to not hold on to it. I really wanted that same colour of faux leather jacket you have but I was a bit late to the party. I did get two stone coloured jackets from ASOS but they were either too big or the colour was just too pale so they got sent back. That colour you have is perfect. Such a beautiful dreamy colour. I did get lucky though I managed to find one from Oasis in a lovely neutral shade which I don’t see too often but will go nicely with jeans and a tank top. (I’ll have to remember to look earlier next year). I managed to bag the last pair of transparent heels in my size 🥳 but unlike you I have a huge handbag collection and not many shoes. I don’t wear heels or many sandals much because I have a U.K. size 1.5 (left foot) and a 2.8 (right foot) it’s just a bit of a nightmare getting shoes to fit and feel comfortable (it can be quite stressful) so I mainly wear white or beige toned trainers/converse. I’ve worn white jeans for 40 years, and staining has just not been a problem. Just treat any stain before washing, and I always add BIZ to my white loads. It keeps white really white, without chlorine bleach, which can actually cause yellowing. Also, I was only wash true whites together, I don’t even mix with off-whites, ivories and creams, because the yellow, brown and black dyes they contain transfer to whites. I just bulk up my loads with my all-white towels and bedding, if necessary to get full loads, which are better for the environment, being water-and energy efficient.
I love a white dress, especially a comfy, breathable knit one. It’s hard to find true white, those ivory and other off-white colors don’t suit my coloring nearly as well.

I have been laid off since June! The majority of our airline is laid off actually. People aren’t travelling, so we don’t have many flights.
