Thank you Mahmoud, i keep wondering what the hell is wrong with some folks, clicking dislike when people post clips on what they are passing through in order to motivate and encourage others in same pitiable conditions.

my 5 year old daughter had Kawasaki Disease 6 months ago. Touch wood, she was treated with immunoglobulin and aspirin on day 8 and has managed to escape without any serious affects, except joint pain, but i had never heard of it before, and thank my motherly instincts that it wasn't just a virus and that i returned to the hospital, otherwise it could have gone unnoticed and untreated. There really should be more awareness. The consequences if untreated are unbearable. Your video is brill! X

I had it when I was 12 in 1976. It was rare in US then. My doctor was so excited when he figured out the diagnosis. We took photos of my peeling skin - my hand skin peeled to make a pocket in my palm where I kept change. There was no mention of the heart issues that I recall, and I was never hospitalized.

My 6yr old got diagnosed with KD on 9/27/18. Thankfully was caught on the 4th day and began IVIG treatment right way. He came in with all the symptoms your daughter had. We are now on our 2nd day released from the hospital after spending 3days. The fever was been under control and is taking baby aspirin for his heart. This week he has 2 follow up appts with his doctor and an infection control special list. Thank you for making this video. I wish there would be more information about KD for it can be caught before the 10th day. I’ve never heard about. My heart goes out to all the children and parents that have gone or are going thru this stressful treatment. Good luck to everyone and God Bless.

I am very grateful for your parent guide video on KD. My daughter is currently surviving from kawasaki at the MSF pediatric hospital here in Liberia. Thanks to Dr. Hadi and the entire team at that hospital in Liberia. Before I leave, my daughter developed a paralysis of the left hand during her illness with the disease. Kindly advice me on the matter. How can my one year old daughter be a member of the foundation?

My son became suddenly extremely ill just before his 2nd birthday , Britain rarely experiences the disease but he was experiencing all the symptoms but it was too late for treatment by the time he was admitted to hospital. He had the rash for about 4 weeks before and terrible fevers for 7 days before they managed to get his temperature under control. He was eventually released and he was very tired and didn't start to become a active little boy for at least 3 years.

I had k.d when I was 3. I'm now 24. My body has a hard time hold in heat and I have to watch my protein levels. Menstruating can be extremely draining. Not unmanageable in any way

20 years after my son contracted Kawasaki in Britain he experiences chest pain and it has been now been discovered that there is a history of aneurysms in the family , I wonder what my son's future will be but thankfully he has become a generally healthy happy young man .

Our daughter had KD 26 years ago. At that time, the majority of patients were of oriental background. Her doctor, who had once worked at Montreal Childrens Hospital, was the specialist for this disease in our area. No one knew why anyone contracted this condition, but that there was a high occurrence in Montreal, where there was a large population of people from the far east. She never had any lasting effects, thank goodness!

our 5 yr old grandaughter was diagnosed with kd less than a month ago. she's taking aspirin at the moment and her blood pressure is higher than it should be, is this because of the aspirin treatment or because of the disease and to be expected throughout her life?

Sorry you got that, there is no link between Kawasaki syndrome and carpet cleaning. People making claims that it does and harming an entire industry is just wrong.
