I love my 50 watt Stealth. I'm running it through a 4x12 loaded with V30's and G12H30's in an X pattern. It's the best tone I've ever had... And I've been playing through 5150's for over 20 years. All three channels are very useable.
I love that people still call the green channel the "clean" channel. On the 5150/6505 it was the RHYTHM channel with a crunch boost. It wasn't meant to be crystal clear. It's like everyone forgot that EVH (the person) started on Marshall Plexis, which do not have a CLEAN clean, unless you roll your guitar volume down and even then it is pretty anemic in sound.
@@riffsnoleads on the 50w version it really doesn’t have much gain on tap. It’s more in the vain of a clean channel, is what I’m getting at. Now the 100w version it’s definitely more in the realm of a rythm channel like EVHs Peavys 5150s. ima have to invest in a stealth 100w and do a side by side.
