HP Deskjet Printer Not Load Paper? Clean the Pickup Roller Rubber

If your HP printer failed to load the paper before you send it to repair to replace the paper pickup roller, one thing you can try at home first.
First, disassemble the printer scanner, and you will see it inside the printer.
Then use a kitchen towel dip it with water and use it to clean the paper pickup roller. (You can use a toothbrush to clean it too)
After cleaning, install back the scanner and do the test print. Normally it will solve the problem.
