    Kevin Love is so courageous for speaking about his experiences. He’s helping a lot of people by being vulnerable. I hope he gets better, and he should know he’s already a hero for many.

      @@Daniel-xu1xcBrother, by you analogy, Jesus Christ came also after Moses(peace be upon them) by about 500 years(more or less), so we have to be Jews and neglect the new testament?
      But Muslims believe in Noah, David, Soliman, Jesus Christ, Moses, Mohamed and all great prophets sent from God to all humans to guide them to Islam, "Islam means the submission and surrender to the One Great Creator"

    • @Daniel-xu1xc
      @Daniel-xu1xc 4 роки тому +2

      That is a good argument, but the difference is Jesus was prophesied numerous times throughout the entire old testament and fulfilled prophecy instead of changing it
      Here's Isaiah 53
      Who has believed our message?
      And to whom has the arm of the LORD been revealed?
      He grew up before Him like a tender shoot,
      and like a root out of dry ground.
      He had no stately form or majesty to attract us,
      no beauty that we should desire Him.
      He was despised and rejected by men,
      a man of sorrows, acquainted with grief.
      Like one from whom men hide their faces,
      He was despised, and we esteemed Him not.
      Surely He took on our infirmities
      and carried our sorrows;
      yet we considered Him stricken by God,
      struck down and afflicted.
      But He was pierced for our transgressions,
      He was crushed for our iniquities;
      the punishment that brought us peace was upon Him,
      and by His stripes we are healed.
      We all like sheep have gone astray,
      each one has turned to his own way;
      and the LORD has laid upon Him
      the iniquity of us all.
      He was oppressed and afflicted,
      yet He did not open His mouth.
      He was led like a lamb to the slaughter,
      and as a sheep before her shearers is silent,
      so He did not open His mouth.
      By oppression and judgment He was taken away,
      and who can recount His descendants?
      For He was cut off from the land of the living;
      He was stricken for the transgression of My people

    To share to the world that he struggles with depression and anxiety knowing very well that there would be a ton of ignorant people who would ridicule him with things like "you have money how can you be depressed" is so brave. Him sharing gives others inspiration to share as well. He's helping so many people simply by sharing his battles. Anxiety and Depression do not care about wealth or social class, they can affect anyone and everyone.

    Everyone has to carry their package no matter what the life circumstances are. I'm utterly impressed that he has to deal with things like suicide and talk about it openly. 8 years ago a buddy from school which was super like popular and likeable told me in a random moment that he struggled with depression and suicide thoughts in the past and I couldn't wrap my head around the fact that a guy like this with an obvious good life had feelings like this. It later prevented me from taking my own life several times as I know that I'm not the first person that has to deal with this and that most of your external life circumstances aren't that important. I got my shit together, left addiction behind, still recovering but just one person opening to me saved my life. I hope this video saves a lot of peoples. It's always darkest before the dawn

    I have started seeing some doctors and one of them has advised me to leave my apartment and to go back and live with my mom. This advice helped me a lot as I was sharing my thoughts and feelings with her every day and this made my mental health within one year to improve aloooot. Playing for the Cavs does that to a man.
    For real - good for Kevin for coming out about this. Extremely brave to do so as a public figure and athlete. It's hard for a lot of people to admit this to their family and friends, let alone the entire world. Hopefully Kevin is a catalyst for more open dialogue about depression and suicide in the sports world.

Hope you achieve all your goals, that you keep strong and maybe, that you can believe in a higher purpose making the world talk about this. Much love! Stoped playing smith, shipped off korver, hill, hood, and fired Lue. And then love was stuck there. Even predictions going into that season was like I think bleacher report had them at 31-51. And management though they could compete for playoffs. There was not a blow it up mentally at first that's why loved stayed plus money.

    We have an economic system that creates this illness. Yet collectively we seem to be sliding back on progress.
