Algorithm win for Clariss. This video showed up in my recommendations and Timothee’s video didn’t despite being subscribed to both channels.
I was confused what channel I was watching though because Timothee’s channel introduced me to Clariss. Now I’m a fan of both.

Considering the side effects like gastrointestinal paralysis now being reported from use of Ozempic for weight loss, probably a good thing it's not too easy to get it.

So you don't necessarily need to stay on Ozempic and other appetite suppressants for life. Sometimes after a bit of on such meds you can re-establish a normalish hormone cycle for diet. Your hunger based hormone cycle gets thrown off by years of a bad diet, which makes adjusting harder, because just like depression, it can become system and the new normal for your body' hormone controls. After time on meds, the body can fix that. Plus, those hormone control how you burn fat and carbs and how your body chooses to store fat.
A surprise to sure but a welcome one.
