Hey Omar! How ya been?
Houses were nice. Same O same O open design as most others. I like the triple sliding glass door. I liked #3's pool the best but its a little close to the lake/pond. The other 2 homes with dirty pools in such a gated community were the least desirable. #3, builder could've put shelves in the walk ins and not those cheap wire racks. All 3 worth about 500K. Downside is HOA.

What were the builder price adjustments (reductions?) on these three?
I'm not sure. I was just given the price sheet and told that they just reduced the prices. These are not listed in the MLS so I can't see pricing history. If you would like more information, contact me offline.
People are making 15-20 bucks hourly. Who can afford these homes ? Buy it today file bankruptcy within 5 years .
I hated all the houses. Tiny 1 car garages mislabeled as 2 car garages. I also hate sliding glass doors, tray ceilings, and wire shelves. At least one of the houses had what should have been a room (even you said it could be walled off).
