A very healthy version of meatballs, they are one hundred percent vegan and if you try them, they will be loved by the whole family. You could just say they're chicken meatballs. But surely those who have tried it will say that it looks a bit like falafel meatballs. I would say that they are much tastier soft and crunchy on the outside. Fried, but without attracting much oil. I gladly recommend them!
INGREDIENTS;
250 g chickpeans
200 g potatoes
little parsley
2 tablespoons tahini (sesame paste)
50 ml olive oil
½ small onion
2-3 cloves of garlic
½ teaspoon coriander powder
½ teaspoon cumin powder
½ teaspoon paprika (optional)
some chilli pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
100 g cornflakes (for baking)
500 ml oil for frying
