I’m currently going through screening as it’s highly likely that I have ADHD. Your videos have helped me so much! I’ve just sat and watched them all!! They are by far the best I’ve seen on UA-cam. You have touched on so many questions that I needed answers for as well as make things understandable. After weeks of research and so many ‘eureka’ moments, your videos have really brought some comfort. A diagnosis really does make everything make sense, why my life has been so tough and why I am the way I am. I hope this is the start of my real life….at 40 and with 3 children!!

Same here. 48 and just diagnosed a month ago (although I and some others close to me have suspected it for a long while). I think ADHA has allowed me to have many awesome experiences as I’ve lived around the world, but I’m tired of being ‘That Guy’. 😂 I’m hoping my diagnosis along with quality videos like this can help me live a more ‘normal’ or rather ‘more balanced’ life finally. An ADHD brain is kinda cool, but more exhausting and stressful than people know. 😩😰

As a fellow father with ADHD and autism I love watching your vids. Makes me feel less alone bro. I ramble a fuckton just as my father did too

I 110% recently had an ADHD week like, a week and a half ago- now.
Said week having been exacerbated by a nasty case of COVID. So not only was I sick like a dog, shark week was approaching and my brain just would not cooperate with absolutely anything I wanted it to. Everything dogpiled ontop of eachother and it was a mess. It was definitely less than great, especially as a university student.
    But
That lesson in patience is one I’ve been learning for the past year, and I have infact recently switched my medications which is working WONDERS thus far, so much so that I’m actually able to rein myself in a bit better to work on systems and hacks that work for me.
That ‘allowance’ is still gonna be hard, for sure- but, I can safely say that I’m working on it 💕

Hey Steve! I just bumped into your channel while being stuck on the train. It's been very informative about my ADHD symptoms and will hopefully help me get diagnosed as an adult.
I know it's been a while but I hope I get to see more of your videos in the future!

Thank you for your comment. Yeah, it has been a while since I posted last. I just posted another video a couple of days ago. I'm back and hopefully I will be able to find a consistent routine this time around. 😬

Thank you for putting your life out there. Having an off week and trying to figure it out. By you explaining what goes on in your life and how you feel, really helps understand what you’re saying and what the tips actually mean. Because I’m able to relate to what you’re saying and the tips makes sense again, thank you for your work. I appreciate you.

(This was my reply to Leigh Manning, but I wanted to ad to it 😅) Same here. 48 and just diagnosed a month ago (although I and some others close to me have suspected it for a long while). Ps. On an unrelated note…Im kinda curious what your studio set up is (mic, camera, etc?.). Your AV quality is really good!
