I bought my Westbury Standard in 1982. It provided faultless service in 5 different hard rock bands for 20 years. It has now earned a well deserved retirement. Superb guitars 🙂
I never heard of Steve hillage, so I had to look him up. I see what you mean lol 😆 Cheers 🍻 for telling about him, I learning so much about different artists 🎨 cheers buddy 👍
You're on the right path with this, Lem! That's what it's all about. Really beautiful playing too, man, you were right in the moment. It's a very cool topic, and we can even see the proof of how powerful frequency choice really is in those cymatoscope videos for example. Much appreciation from Glasgow 🙏✌️
I just got a Westbury standard a months ago in the hope it would come close to replacing my pearloid white Yamaha SG 200 that I stupidly sold years ago. It's not quite the Yamaha but it is a great guitar. Mine has the standad Les Paul 3 way selector switch though and the more traditional tune-o-matic bridge rather than the harmonica bridge. Very Gilmore. I love to noodle around lke this. Thank you.
Nice chilled tones Lem. Very Beck vibes. I play every night, best relaxation method i know, we are blessed. Thanks again bro and Merry Christmas to you and yours.
What note did you tune to 528 Lemi? The A string? Standard being A440 and Baroque being A415? I think there's real substance to sounds having healing qualities..that guitar looks like an Ibanez artist a bit.
Hi Greg, get a chromatic tuner, standard tunning is normally 440, so set it to 444hz at A. No 2 string tune to G# sus 4. Ab sus 4 open chord. 1 string D# 2. C 3. G# 4. D# 5. G# 6. C# Or if you prefer just tune your guitar to 444hz. Cheers for your feedback and comments 👍
Lemiii, what a hero you are
Cheers 🍻 buddy
I do like that guitar . I'm sure I heard e flat also reduces stress . Thin Lizzy tuned down to e flat . Great band
@ac7776 I didn't know that info about thin lizzy, I am a fan.
Thanks for that, buddy 👍
😲Wow! Mr. Lemi, just woke up out of a rum rooz, ... you have a powerful God sent message there, cheerz, mr. Lemi🥃

@ianryan5727 Oh, that's a shame about the Yamaha, but still the Westbury is a great guitar 🎸 😀
Thanks for your feedback and comments 👍
That was lovely - and on my favourite guitar! I use 528 hz on a tone generator app at the lowest possible volume while getting to sleep. Nice one!
@@standingbadger Oh wow 👌 that is so cool 😎
Cheers 🍻 👏

I'm going to try this! I'm a disabled combat veteran, though, and might be better served short term by venting all the darkness...?
@tonyjones1560 Bless you, my dear brother, all love and respect to.
