Picking up my black MY23 this weekend. My first 2 bikes were both 600's from a decade ago, while "it can be done", they're not as forgiving. New riders now have a lot of good choices compared to what I had to choose from a decade ago. Everyone's use-case is different but these small cc bikes will let you hone low speed and emergency maneuvers to perfection. Looking forward to more CB300r content, new Sub' here. Ride safe.
Great video! I commute on the hi-way everyday in the UK with my CB300R and have reached 99mph. It’s great in town as well, try clutchless shifting at high revs or just don’t let up on revs when using the clutch lever but, you do have to do it faster than normal.

Always wondered about that? So technically I can clutchless upshift? Do I left off throttle I assume? And course do it in higher rpms?
Yes - very high rpm, let off quickly together with upshift.

Mt03 is a bit larger, cb300 is a bit smaller, they hooked me up with only a $50 charge to ship 16 miles!
& yeah I wasn’t gonna try my luck on I-85 for my first ride on a 300. Those altimas hit 120 swerving 🤣
