Today we take a look through my 2004 Honda S2000 modified with Gridlife Street Mod rules in mind. Lots to come make sure you like, comment and subscribe! 🙌🏻
Brakes are THE first mod to do with a road race track driven car. Everyone only thinks power but the key to a good lap time is corner entry and that is the brake zone. Then suspension is next. Aero only helps once your pace really picks up in the higher speed corners.
Awesome build. Super clean! I recommend getting the modifry dash bracket! Can hold your phone or transponder to track your lap times. The modifry go pro mount is also very good for capturing footage. Very easy installs for both.
Thank you! Yea it’s definitely not done and I plan on getting one of those mounts for sure! I’ve got a GoPro and will be mounting it for the upcoming Gridlife event.
What spring were you running with the tial blow off valve? And where did you buy it? Currently have a greddy but want more noise. I have the same exact setup down to the header and cat back
@@TheVCRoflcopter Yea i feel like anything above 500 for a s2000 is too much. The car is light doesn't need that much power for street use or daily driven. I plan on lowering the boost since i plan on daily driving this summer
Found your link on Facebook. Such a beautiful example of a S2000. I have always wanted one in white just like this. Where exactly did you get your splitter? I’m looking around for my R32 GTR
Thank you so much! It’s a company called “Racebred components” they are such a great company to work with, Click that subscribe but too follow along!! Thanks

Well.. tires… then brakes. IMO. But yes, most of the time more HP is NOT the answer.

Nice build. I’m also building a 06 GPW track car.
WOO on that RSG Towhook & FEAL 441+! GREAT CAR! You're gonna want to invest in an RSG roll bar too! Let us know when you're ready!
Thanks guys! I appreciate it
Absolutely in love. Wish I could drive it!
Thanks man!!!
Great video
Sick car bro. Where'd you get the hard top?
That top was a forbidden USA

dope as car wanted a sos kit as well but i ended up going with the FullBlown Motorsport turbo kit
Nice!
yeaa made 540 6262 turbo just waiting for my new wheels so i can drive it since it currently just spins lol
That’s a handful for sure! I feel like 400 whp is the perfect power level where you can still use all of it and not lose control/die 🤣

How is your wheels fitment?
Any rubbing?
Also how close to stock is your suspension settings
No rubbing on that setup at all, it’s definitely lower than stock and swift springs to help offset the aero
The Abe pole position is it also wider around the shoulders vs normal pole positions?
I believe it’s the same in the shoulders, only the waist is wider (3” in total I believe)
You’re gonna burn through rotors and pads with that HP and no bbk. Side note there can only be one 88 S2k 😈
Haha your number is also 88?
@@TheVCRoflcopter oh ya
Where r ur side skirts from?
So they are actually meant for an “FD Rx7” funny enough. They came on this particular car but a quick google search will help you find a set!
