Except this horse also extends upwards, making room for a second person to sit. So there's a person kinda like inside the horse and one on top. The whole “dream with credits” thing reminds me of how my friend used to tell me her dreams in elementary school, and sometimes her dreams would end in “To Be Continued” and sometimes there would even be a second dream to follow up

I'm positive I can't be the only one who has "dream series". Every once and a while, I get another episode, or sometimes the same episode with some obvious differences. I can never remember these dreams until I have another one, at which point, all of the previous episodes become crystal-clear in my mind. They disappear again almost as soon as I wake up. I have multiple ongoing series and I often get reruns of ones that have long since concluded. And yes, they usually have an actual storyline complete with an ending.
That sounds really cool, I sometimes have "deja vu" in dreams where some things seem like I've seen them in previous dreams or irl, but I'm never sure whether that's true or if the memory of seeing it before was just part of the dream. It would be really interesting to actually have a full series of dreams in the same universe/storyline
The only dream I've had like that, was going to a really nice shop, and in another dream, driving past it on a bike, seeing it shuttered up for lockdown and feeling sad
The strangest dream I can remember that was actually coherent was one where my family and I went on a trip to a goat farm. As soon as we got in, a huge, fluffy goat with a human head started approaching us. We were all confused and a little scared until the goat explained that he was the owner of the farm. Apparently, the body belonged to the farm's most prized goat. When it died, the owner was so upset that he elected to have his head surgically connected to its body so that he could keep producing its famous wool. Anyway, we toured some 19th century chapel that happened to be on the property instead of the actual farm for some reason, and the owner had trouble fitting through a narrow staircase on account of his giant goat body.
My dream was me teleported in a huge school, there was somehow a bed so I went to a room and gone to sleep. After I woke up I saw an elevator Infront on me and there was stairs in the elevator, and a train flipping the stairs to put tracks so I went on the train and it broke down so I looked down and it was a witch pot, then then I went for the stairs I opened my eyes even though they was already open and I was on the toilet. There was a full open window on the bathroom. Then I opened my eyes AGAIN even though they was open and I was in a pitch black room, that's when I knew I wasn't dreaming anymore because my real room has no windows and no light source was on. My dream felt/looked so real. That's what I get for sleeping with shoes on in my dream.
Usually, when someone tells me about their weird dream I am not impressed, but I was laughing and crying while watching this video. I don't remember any of my crazy dreams except for one where I was chasing a Ferrari with a bulldog pattern on it without any driver. But my sister had a dream where our mom was a driver of a little train and she took us for a ride. We were flying in the sky, riding through garden bushes and eventually we all drowned in a sea as my mom drove off a cliff.
@@AlexNV75 That just reminded me of a dream I had noted down last week. The sky was actually a giant lesbian flag and a second moon appeared on it, signifiyng the end of the world. Then I got in my car that magically morphed into one made entirely out of sausages, and, at full speed, drove naked through my neighborhood just to confuse people. Then some sort of weird death cult rose over my house and destroyed the moon or something. I don't know much more.
I come back to this video every now and again to see what people have posted in the comments, but here's a good one I recently had: I was talking with this one girl at the WalMart gas pump, having a good conversation and all, and I faintly hear "Insert cash or select payment type". Car runs straight into one of the pumps, everything explodes, and I wake up to the sound of my alarm. Gave me something to chuckle about that morning

When I was a child, I had a dream once that a mad scientist created some kind of monster that went around eating people. This monster actually turned out to not kill or even hurt anyone, as they would all just pass through its digestive system unharmed. It became an attraction for the little kids in town somehow. I only had this dream once and I am completely baffled by the fact it was like 15 years ago and I still remember it.
That reminds me of a dream that I had when I was very young. I was watching tv and then a Rhetorical question Geico commercial came up on the screen. It was the one where the person was living under a rock. It seemed normal at first. But after a few seconds the guy slowly turned into the Geico gecko. The gecko was walking on the tv saying stuff that I don’t remember. He then said take him away. It went to third person to see a large version of the gecko running towards me on his 2 hind legs. I hid my self underneath a blanket and then the dream ends. Worst. Dream. Ever.

There was some kind of title card though I don't remember what it said, all flickery like some old 50s movie. Every couple seconds it would bring up these pictures of planets with these human faces similar to that one Star Fox level except even more demented, some loud piano noise played each time it changed. Scared the shit out of me and I pulled the blanket over my head.
When I was little, about like 5, i had this one “dream character” that would keep appearing in a lot of my dreams. He was called the “Oxi-Clean baby” because he was Oxi-Clean’s mascot in the commercials or something. He also could talk and had an incredibly deep voice for some reason.
When I was younger I had recurring dreams for about 2 months about this girl who would come into my garden and teach me to fly and walk on clouds and other magical weird things. I had a dream where me & my family were in an SUV one time, driving in a void, when we came across a retro videogame store. Me & my dad walked in, but he went back to the car for something, so it was just me & the suggestively dressed cashier, who grew super big & beefy, & turned into a demon after walking into a storage room. I had a dream where I walked into this futuristic GameStop, & they had 3DS systems hung up on the wall. It was really cramped, & then they gave me all the 3DS consoles for free. Not me but my dad had a dream where he & my mom killed someone & were trying to hide the body.

The night before last I dreamed I was going to the house of an abusive relative to confront him. The house was empty and the door was unlocked, but all the clothes, food etc were still there. I decided to set up camp for the night in one of the bedrooms and then I heard all these creepy noises as midnight approached. I tried not to look but when I finally had the guts to do it I saw Steve Irwin holding a plate of garlic bread. He kept trying to offer me some but I was freaking out about how much he'd scared me jumping out like that. Waking up I kinda realized that if the house was empty and the only other person was the freaking crocodile hunter himself maybe I should have been concerned about what ate my relative. Or the fact Irwin has been dead for several years. Does he just haunt garlic bread now? I dunno man. Lmao.
I was a ghost haunting my grandparents’ old house and there were some ghost hunters in the kitchen. They asked if I was a boy or girl and I just told them “no”. It was euphoric.
I had a dream where i was a diver, exploring an underwater cave. Me and my dive team entered a strangely red cave. it was the CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM OF A MANATEE. We had to do open-heart surgery on the cave-manatee, with the help of the tootsie roll owl to prevent it from exploding.
What surgery was it? I can't think of any common cardiovascular issues requiring surgery for a manatee. However, in general the most likely is a CABG or Maze procedure.
I once had a dream that I was in the Hunger Games, and all the other tributes were the Octonauts. All I remember is that Captain Barnacles got to Kwazii near the end of it, who had been hiding in a tree. I then proceeded to win the Octonauts x Hunger Games by somehow managing to beat Captain Barnacles in a fight (?) I’m not entirely sure what happened to Peso. I’ve developed a theory that he might have spontaneously combusted the moment the games began. RIP little buddy 🐧
I had a dream several years ago where I, a dorito, fell in love with a sentient ice cream cone. My friends were other food items, I woke up and was in a mild depression for the next few days as I remembered the love of my life. To this day, strawberry ice cream still makes me sad for the love I once had.

So I once had a strange "double feature" night where I got to watch two of my dreams without ever waking up. The first involved Zeus in a Chinese restaurant, a pizza delivery man with clay eyes on a unicycle, and child labor. That wasn't even the crazy one. The second dream centered around a mysterious group called "The Thinkers" that secretly ruled the world Illuminati style, but they were good and trying to save everyone. I applied for a job with them, hoping to become part of the 50 people in the group (they were very strict on that number, I guess), but was rejected in favor of a seagull. Not a special, superpowered seagull or anything, just a normal little guy. In my rage I decided my new life's purpose would be to get my revenge on the Thinkers and created my own group, the unfortunately named "Anti-Thinkers." A few friends of mine were in it, though the most memorable member was this nine year old I know who had the voice of Arnold Schwarzenegger, accent and all. The dream went on to include a daring escape, where the image of said nine year old screaming "Falcon! Nooooooooo!" was forever imprinted in my brain, as well as a mission to spy on the Thinkers where I accidentally gave two of its members (Oprah and Drew Carey) the information needed to solve world hunger...which I was mad about, apparently. It all concluded when my anger built up to the point of deciding murder was better than living in a world where a seagull had replaced me, so I ran into the chamber the Thinkers met in, yanked the seagull by the leg, dragged it outside into the snow, and proceeded to pulverize it against the side of a brick building. I dropped the body, looking up dramatically, only to see the Thinkers watching me with distaste. I looked back down and realized that, somehow, the seagull had survived and was also staring at me, before it launched itself onto my face and began scratching me relentlessly. I succeeded in tearing it off my face, running back into a small room my Anti-Thinkers were hiding out in, and while panting looked at my friend dead in the eye and said "I know why they chose the seagull over me now." What a night that was.
I used to have those double dreams all the time. There would be an initial dream, then a transition to the next dreem Once I had a dream where in the first part I was like 5 and I was going to this supposedly ‘day care’ place, where you literally just sleep. I had a horrible nightmare last night where Sr Pelo died. I was scared beyond belief in the dream and I kept trying to deny that he died. But I kept seeing the videos mourning his death and I even looked him up on the Internet and the “is” in the information sentence thing was changed to a “was.” Eventually I just…gave up and accepted it. Pelo was gone. He was so talented and had so much potential. Then I woke up. I was SO fucking relieved I was out of that hellscape of a dream. Literally went through every stage of grief in a dream over Sr Pelo of all people.

For the past 7 years, I've been having the same nightmare. My old black bedroom lamp - which I thought was creepy 7 years ago runs up my staircase violently, into my bedroom uninvited - scaring the crap out of me. It beats me with all different types of objects: Fire hydrants, live pigs, spray and wipe bottles, and sometimes even my family members.
I was staying at my aunts house over the weekend with my brother, so we had to share an air mattress. That night, I dreamt that I was on UA-cam searching for reddit videos, but I kept getting results from a TTS channel with the name "Middle Finger". I got frustrated and said, "hey Google, exclude middle finger." Turns out I said that in real life too. Brother told me I whispered in his ear, "exclude middle finger" in the middle of the night. I'll never not laugh about that.
I dreamed I ripped of a disabled kids arm then I was like “if I think it didnt happen it didnt happen” and then there was a monologue spoken by my grandma.
This is quite literally the reason why I kept a dream diary in the first place. Most of my weirdest dreams are waaaaay too long for me to post, but I do have a short and sweet one: I'm watching a UA-cam documentary about animals. The narrator says, ”Other animals are terrifying for their teeth… or venom… but this one is terrifying for how much gifts it gives!”, as the video cuts to a small canary, playing with someone while sitting on a bird stand. The person's shirt also says “How much gift it gives!”, as if it is a slogan for an attraction. A host wearing a fancy suit picks up the canary and says, ”Oh hey, little guy!” But, before he can even put the bird near the camera and show him to the audience, the video cuts to a analog horror-esque warning page: ”The following footage is extremely disturbing. Censored for your viewing safety.” A deafening beeping noise plays, but the host's cries of agony can be faintly heard in the background. I thought to myself, ”headcanon: The video is disturbing because you will be jealous of how much gifts the host received.”
When my son was born, I had a dream that his arm detached and I put it in the laundry by mistake. After coming out of the dryer it was shriveled and burnt and wouldn't reattach (presumably it would have reattached under the dream logic if I hadn't shrunken it). I woke up with the hugest pit of guilt in my stomach!
Probably the least sensical and yet scariest dream I had: Two rotten-smelling green eggs hatched into these airplane-human-baby hybrids. They flew around the room and screamed at each other in airplane language. Somehow this caused all the toddlers in the town to go batshit crazy and paint the walls and yell "green! Green! Green!" over and over again.
I had a dream where I was watching a Netflix interactive special of Bojack Horseman. It took place towards the end of Season 3, and was a direct continuation of that episode where Emily (I think that’s what her name was) decided to stop seeing Todd. The outcomes of the choices I made in the special were structured like a flow chart from Argus Rim. Each time the episode ended, I would go back to an earlier point, and watch the story play out differently. The ending I remember most vividly is the route where a demonic Santa Claus kidnaps Emily, and the Bojack crew chase him through the desert to save her. After defeating Satan Claus, the episode ends with Diane making a meta comment like, “I wonder what we are doing in alternate timelines.” Then the episode ended, and I woke up.
I had a most bizarre dream in which I was about to buy a particular comic from a stall in a cathedral. Yet when I asked if they had it, the vendors shared a conspiratorial glance between one another and instructed me to follow a man up a huge spiral staircase to one of the spires. When we got to the top, he removed a secret slot from the wall, opened it, and unfolded an illustration of the pope as a furry.
I also recently drempt that I was an immortal snail, but I wasn't on a mission to kill the immortal human, rather I was trying to become his friend and end this terrible curse. Neat.

I had a dream where my friends and I were having a sleepover at my place and he was there too, I woke up to the sound of the bed moving a bit in the morning and I saw that someone was under the blanket. When I took the blanket off, I saw a friend of mine on top of Abe doing the thingy while he was still asleep. That dream traumatized me 🥲

Those guys are assholes, next time it happens jump into the tv and grab him and try to poke him in the eyes. It works sometimes. Any time there’sa tv and you feel like it’s gonna get bad, change the channel, get up and walk away or jump in and become the bad guy.
I once had a dream where, long story short- I got caught in part of my own trap I laid for someone else, thought “wait, this is a dream! I can just- hrrrrrrrrg” and made the trap go away. I proceeded to forget that I realized it was a dream and it played out as normal. As normal as my dreams go anyway
This happens to me too! The only time I ever have lucid dreams is if I'm facing imminent peril, I'll realize it's a dream, calm down, and then immediately go back to the dream with no idea that I'm dreaming.
I had a dream where I was at a model fashion show place, as I was the judge in that show, and 1 of the models was an 82 year old Canadian man named Peter Cullen, and he was doing a sassy walk, which is unusual for an old man, and me and the other judges gave Peter Cullen a 20/20 and other models got 19/20, 18/20, and so on. And 1 woman who is like 26 years old took off her high heel shoe and yeeted at Peter Cullen, and what did Peter Cullen do to avoid getting hit in the face with the high heel? He dodged it, obviously, and he screamed "WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU, MISS?!?!? WOULD YOU DO THAT TO YOUR OWN FATHER OR GRANDFATHER, AT HOME, WOULD YOU?" and the woman had instant regrets after Peter Cullen's scream of anger. And Peter Cullen jumped at the woman and tackled her to the ground, and then a 77 year old american man named Frank Welker, who was in the crowd, got out of his seat, and went to break up the fight between Peter Cullen and the 26 year old woman, and Peter Cullen suddenly turned 28 years old, like his body just went through an age reverse stage, and Peter Cullen said "what happened? How did I turn 28 when I was 82 years old?!?" And everybody noticed that Peter Cullen sounded younger, and he did his famous Optimus Prime voice, saying "hello, my name is Optimus Prime." And then Peter Cullen just flunked in Frank Welker's arms, then Peter Cullen's older brother Larry Cullen came out of the crowd, and then he just picked his brother up out of Frank Welker's arms, and carried his brother home, then after the show, Frank Welker, and I followed Larry Cullen to his home, and we found Peter Cullen, and suddenly Peter Cullen turned back into an 82 year old man, from a 28 year old man, and Larry Cullen said "I don't know what happened to my brother. I suppose that his DNA genome may have been changed, to have some sort of ability to make him change age at will, like 1 day or moment, he could be impersonating an 18 year old boy, and another moment or day, he would be impersonating various younger people, age wise." And Frank Welker said "how did that all happened? Did he take some sort of hormonal pills? Also, how are you still alive? If you had died in march of 2011?" Then Larry Cullen said "I came back from the dead, like how that heroic truck, that my brother auditioned for, did." And I said "you came back from the dead like how Optimus Prime did, Larry Cullen?" And Larry Cullen said "yep." Then I walked back to the show location, and I saw an ambulance there, and paramedics getting a 45 year old French man named Omar Sy into the back of the ambulance, as Omar Sy had suffered a very bad anime nosebleed, and apparently, his anime nosebleed was caused by Peter Cullen's sass on the catwalk. A 45 year old man simping for an 82 year old man? That is strange and gay. Not to be offensive to any LGBTQ+ community members, okay? But Peter Cullen has a wife and so does Omar Sy. My dream ended at Larry Cullen's house, and I saw a random woman who worked at SEPTA as a bus driver, kissing Larry Cullen.

Hate dreaming about really fun video games, then waking up and remembering they don’t exist 😤 One of mine was about a PvP game sort of like Rocket League where you drove around in glass spheres with guns on the outside to shoot each other, and there were different characters you could play as e.g. an armadillo and they each had different abilities
I've had these sorts of dreams, where I am watching a UA-cam video or playing a good fictional game. But have you ever had a dream where it wasn't you, who you were dreaming about. Cause I have them quite often. Like one time I was dreaming of a girl (named something starting with A) and she was part of a group of kids collecting some sorts of magical rocks in a magic world . A combination of Narnia and Infinity War. Sadly I don't remember much except the premise. Is it just me or are dreams about other people normal?
Forget a dream ending with credits, I had a dream that ended with a fucking ad. Don't remember what the ad was for, but I woke up, tapping the air in front of me to try and get rid of it.
Okay so this was more of a nightmare than a dream, but it's still to date the wildest nightmare/dream I've ever had. I don't remember alot about it, I just remember some traumatizing details that have never left my mind. A dark haired, red eyed little girl sitting on my childhood homes fence with my childhood dog, Otis' head on a spike. Then the scene shifted to where I was crying in a school bathroom as a demonized version of Otis tried to get into the stall I was in. Also there was that one time in elementary school where I dreamt that all students had long pins sticking out of them for some reason, were basically zombified, and one girl came in crying to the teacher I was with to "get them out of me, get them out of me. Please!!"
Damn, I had a similar one where I was in a classroom with the sky outside being red, a girl came in and screamed at the teacher for help in the hall but the teacher ignored her as something dragged her back into the hall. I don’t remember much past that but your story reminded me of that
My dreams are usually never scary, they just feel more like comedy than scary or more mildly sad than scary. There were two possibly paranormal things that happened in my real life tho, there was some guy from school, let's call him Bob, who claimed to have satanic or black magic type abilities. He said he could make blood boil and he could show people their worst fear or something like that. He wanted to demonstrate the boiling blood thing so some other teens gathered in front of him, maybe sitting down, and even though I was off to the side, he was facing them not me, I still suddenly felt very warm in the chest. And I let him know that and he stopped and was like oh r/iamverypowerful. The showing people their worst fear thing was like, Bob put his hand next to some other guy's head, the guy wanted to see if the showing people their worst fear thing was real, or maybe they did want to see their own worst fear for some reason. This was voluntary, guy asked Bob to do this. Anyways after a little while of this the guy said "Dude, stop" and so Bob did stop, the guy looked like he had a headache or something and he said he saw a fish type of thing with like tentacles. I think he did say it was scary, sounds like it was some sort of very specific demon given the context or spirit even though I'm skeptical and don't actually believe in anything. The other paranormal thing that happened was I saw a glowing white orb in the night sky for like a second, then it disappeared. Still very skeptical about it tho like it could have been a real explainable thing or a hallucination or whatever. I had a dream about my "worst fear" it was just a little transparent orange blob creature, it's stomach had liquid in it that constantly sloshed around and the creature had the ability to make me feel a little nauseous but yeah didn't feel very scary it was just a mildly unsettling creature. The scariest dream I think I had was when I looked into a mirror and my iris and pupil were like melting, my eyes are brown but they were dissolving into a sickly green color. It was probably a dream based on district 9 which like the fly in the way that it has body horror like a slow transformation.
I once dreamt a completely normal day of class and it was so vivid and so accurate I genuinely thought I was awake and in class. I woke up so damn confused.
Ahh, the ol' false awakening. That's annoying. I had a dream that had THREE false awakenings! Waking 1: I walked downstairs and saw a black cat in the living room. "Mom, why is there a cat here? We don't own a cat!" And the cat looked at me all insulted. Waking 2: I walked downstairs and got stuck on the stairs, just walking on the spot, like a glitching video-game character. Waking 3: Sat in bed, suspicious that waking-up wasn't working, so just sat there and watched my room change colours, and get bigger and wider like the walls were stretching out. And *THEN* I woke up.
On one fine day in the lockdown I got a dream in which I woke up early , made my bed (I never do it) , brushed my teeth , ate breakfast and was watching TV when my grandma woke me up and I sat there confused for some mins before realising it was all a dream.
My best dream ever was me and my late great grandad just sitting on a porch just rocking back and forth while talking to each other, this happened a few months ago, I still think it’s him telling me that he’s still here. I wish I met him more than once, still miss him.
I used to have lucid nightmares a lot when I was younger. However, through all of them (though not as commonly today) I had two options; sometimes I decided to stay asleep, and I’ve gotten over a lot of fears that way. However, when things got to be dire, as a last resort (and this goes for all of my dreams honestly) I could automatically wake up by doing a backflip. I can’t even backflip in real life. I also remember having a dream where I was chased through a snowy forest at night by a monster with flashing multicolored eyes, that blasted phonk music as it chased me.
I once had a dream where me and some of my classmates went to a summer camp to learn English and French. The walls were painted glowing red and blue, the teachers only wore underwear (???) and I was struggling to find the classroom I had to go to. In the end I got so anxious over the fact that I couldn't find the class that I fell to the ground and started screaming until I woke up. Oh and also the dream where a blimp crashed into my house and I sat there crying as I watched it destroy the wall.
Had a dream similar to the blimp one, there was this aeroplane that crashed into the roof of our house (which was in the middle of a desert for some reason) and every time we rebuilt it the plane would come back and destroy it again.
I had a dream that someone challenged me to carve a wood sculpture with anything but proper wood carving tools. I took that challenge and carved a sculpture of a golden retriever with nothing more than a garden trowel and a kitchen knife. It was fairly detailed and after I showed the person the sculpture, it turned into an actual golden retriever. Edit: I forgot to say this when I was originally writing this, but I don't know how to carve wood in my waking life, let alone know how to carve wood with the tools I chose in the dream.
I had a dream I was supposed to save the world from ending with a team of random strangers. Me and another teammate had just watched everyone else die and we decided to use our time powers to bring them back. Apparently, using time powers is illegal, and I got told by a floating fish with an oddly human face, "people who mess with time get to wake up at 4am" in a disappointed tone and shaking its head, which was oddly specific. I would say I woke up at 4am, but I actually woke up at 3:52 and was oddly disturbed.
It seems like that was somehow your body's internal clock physically manifesting itself in your dreams...in the form of a floating fish. The brain really is a strange and fascinating thing isn't it?

In my dream a red phone appeared out of thin air, then I took it off the hook and listened to the external world message my family member was saying. It was like I was inside the matrix and then I was taken by the phone and woke up. Brains create strange realities. Maybe that's all there is in this universe, it's all consciousness all the way down, like Russian dolls.
I’ve had so many weird dreams that I have an entire page of them listed on my Notes app, but I’ll give you one from several years ago that really stuck out to me. I was walking by myself in my grandma’s neighborhood pulling a purple mushroom the size of a two-story house in a little red wagon. Then when my parents came by, I stuffed the entire mushroom into my bellybutton…and somehow that whole thing fit inside, except it then started turning my belly purple. I tried covering it up with a white towel, but the towel turned purple too! Thank you for coming to my TED talk.
A couple of recent ones I've had: *1:* I was watching a movie with two other people, and I turned to the old man on my left to say "This movie's kind of scary, isn't it?" He replied in agreement, and asked me if I was going to ask Roger, the little boy on my right. I then turned and asked him twice, and he remained oblivious. However, when I tapped on Roger shoulder, he suddenly jumped away from me out of his chair, slinking into the darkness with a face like the murderer from Scream. *2:* I woke up on the edge of a seemingly endless field and a dense forest. There was at least seven inches of snow on the ground, and I was completely naked. Beside me there was a shield and a Gladiator helmet. Somehow, I subconsciously knew that I had to find a shed somewhere inside the field. After what felt like an eternity of walking I finally found one, but upon opening the door I woke up. And some smaller ones: *1:* I did an airstrike attack on a Nazi base with a talking penguin. *2:* I made a set of armor out of a drum set and fought a living tuba. *3:* I went on a quest for "The Golden Steak," said to be cooked at only the finest of temperatures. *4:* I found a secret base up my chimney, made out of lapis. And my favorite, *5:* I found a spiky suit of metal armor, put it on, and started a superhero gig as "Splinter Man."
One of my favorite weird dreams has to be the one where I, (a petite white woman), was sent by the Japanese government on an undercover mission disguised as a Sumo wrestler. Just me in those little sumo undies pretending to be a wrestler. Somehow, I was never caught.
I had a dream about a “bus for enemies” that would pick up mortal rivals and force them to have a good time together before they were allowed to get off. This included Mario and Bowser, Hitler and Stalin and the White and Black Spies from Spy VS Spy
One time I had a dream that was like a tv show. This talking cat gave me and my friend a type of dessert I had never seen before (it was delicious, by the way), and for some reason we were in some sort of laboratory, combined with my church- yeah, it was weird- and there were villains chasing us- but the BEST part by far, is when the episode changed all of the sudden, to “Doc Martin Chronicles”… Yeah, it was basically just a man (who I’m not even sure WAS doc Martin) jumping on blocks in a purplish sunset, kicking villain butt
A few dreams I actually remember from when I was a kid: - My little sister being ground into a can of tomato soup. I was around toddler age at the time and the sister was just a baby who hardly left her bedroom, so I distinctly remember thinking the dream was real for a while lmao - Coming to a new school and not knowing where *any* of the classes were (I think I was about to graduate to middle school when I had it) - My English teacher bringing in an evil clown to class, who then proceeds to mind control all the students except me. The rest of the dream was just me running away from the clown, and I remember the school being much larger in the dream than in real life. I also remember being less scared of the clown than I was confused by the bizarre layout of the dream-school
I had a school dream where it was the end of the year and I found out there was a project we were assigned at the beginning of the year that we'd turn it at the end. I was panicking because I hadn't even started the project yet.
Here's the weirdest dream I've ever had (not a nightmare, just weird lol): So it's about how to train your dragon, the little old lady (I think her name is Gothi) was accused of a crime, and the people of Berk decided to test how well she knows the Spanish language to see if she was guilty. Hiccup and Stoick go into a room with lots of palm trees with lemons growing on them, and challenge each other to a game in which they punch down the palm trees like in minecraft. After this, they enter the room with the Spanish test and Gothi is inside a glass chamber alongside a block of minecraft TNT. Nearby people suddenly start yelling that the lemons had escaped. Turns out the lemons had come alive and gone to a town called Brooklyn, and they returned on the backs of guinea pigs the size of horses.
Slept over at a friends house and had the most vivid dream of my life. In the dream, I was in the body of a ten year old boy. For the record, I am not ten years old or a boy. In the dream I had a little sister and a mom and dad and we all lived in the same house. However, something was wrong with the world and we couldn’t have the house too clean or it was considered “cheating” and something bad would happen. This inspires me to write a story that I have now been working on for half a year.
Some of my earliest memories are from when I was 3. I was afraid of the Monster's Inc. Scream Extractor for a portion of my younger life, and I had nightmares about it, the stupidest one was where Thomas the tank engine's face was the Extractor and it was ginungulungulus, I'm talking big. There wasn't even a vacuum.
My sister had a dream that she had this intense rivalry with a duck pretending to be a person, and nobody else noticed but her. Apparently, the duck liked to rob museums dressed as different people. There’s definitely a few more specific details that happen after this, but I can’t remember it at the moment. She told us this during our great uncle’s funeral.
The lawn mower one just awoken some memories of a dream I had as a child... My brother was a car, a weird fleshy abomination with his face stretched across the grill/lights area but for some reason in the dream I found it pretty cool but not too out the ordinary
Had a strange dream. I was a male in his mid-twenties (I'm a fifteen-year girl in real-life), and the dream was about me traversing a strange arena with my younger sister. The arena looked rough and unreal, like it was a crappy unfinished Unity project. I don't remember clearly, what happened there, but I remember perfectly how I shot someone with a bazooka, and literally the whole arena just broke, leaving me and my sis floating.
I remember when I was a kid, whenever I had a fever I would have one of two recurring nightmare where a supervolcano was going to errupt and destroy the world and the only way to solve it was to solve some ridiculously complicated math equation before running out of time. I'd always wake up as time ran out and everything went white. The other fever dream had me hanging out of a train car as tall grass would hit my face and I'd get splashed by water. As far as I can remember, nothing else happened.
I had this really long and wacky dream that ended with me and someone else walked into a large room with nothing in it but a massive round table with a bunch of like 4 foot tall penguin statues and 10ish year old boy in a penguin onesie sitting around it. The boy gestures for us to sit at the table and says, "I bet your wondering why I brought you here today" Then I woke up. I'm still a bit mad that I never got to hear what he had to say.
This is actually perfect, I keep a dream journal. The entries are usually written weirdly because I’m really tired while writing them, but I’ll try my best to translate some of yesterday’s: In the dream, I was walking around my yard, and stopped right in front of the shed. I turned around and it got really windy. I was wearing a pretty baggy shirt, and so the wind puffed it up a lot. Then I thought it would be really cool if the wind carried me up, like I was flying. And then it did. When I got really high up in the air, I looked down at my mom, who had suddenly appeared. I yelled something down to her, and then she stretched up to me. As in, her legs extended about a hundred feet to be on level with me. Then her head turned into a Minecraft pillager’s head, and I got really scared and woke up. There’s a lot of other stuff from the same “sleeping session” but I don’t know how to explain it in a way that makes sense
some of my weirdest, explained: 1. watching a show on adult swim where some kid kills her own mother at a playground. the rest of the show was spent figuring out other killers in the area 20 years after the kid killed her mom. 2. i went to therapy and oprah was my therapist. 3. i was invited to mary elizabeth winstead’s birthday party with some other people, mostly celebrities 4. i was helping the grim reaper fix his satellite dish. 5. me and a few celebrities went to ohio and it got bombed.
I had a dream a while ago that I was in a crowd of people, and I yelled "GIVE ME A ONE" and everyone was like "ONE" "GIVE ME A TWO!" "TWO!" "WHAT'S THAT SPELL? TWELVE!!"
I had a dream that ended with credits too, when I was like 8. It started off with me being sent to a summer camp, where I was outcasted for some reason, so i went up to the “forbidden attic” which was housing a bunch of dust spirts. Scared the shit out of me but I guess they liked me cause they gave me a dust mask and I ended up befriending all of them :) the credits scene was also very cool, it showed people painting the sky as the names were rolling so it was like a movie dream Edit: Thanks to everyone sharing similar dreams in replies, they all sound really cool :))
When I was 7-8, I had a nightmare that it was the end of the world and my deceased grandma had to put me down so I wouldn’t have to witness it… and once it all faded out, the Halo leaderboard popped up

One time i had a near-death experience in a dream. It was the most realistic dream i've ever had, i was somewhere on a tight road in the alps with my family and we were taking a break, then we stepped back in the car, me in one of the back seats and my grandpa in the drivers seat. And (at least this is what i thought in the dream) instead of stepping on the breaks he accidentally slams fully on the gas pedal and we drive off a cliff into like a 500 meter straight drop. This moment is the most detailed thing i've ever experienced in a dream, i'm pretty sure i had a real life adrenaline rush while dreaming this and i'm pretty sure in the dream i actually thought about whether or not this was a dream and came to the conclusion that there's no way this could be a dream because it was way too real. I was thinking "damn, this is actually happening, this is how my life ends huh". I really can't describe this experience that well, the best i can explain is that i was completely utterly convinced that i was going to die. Waking up from that dream was just as surreal, because i was so convinced that that dream was real, so for the first about 5 seconds i was totally confused before i realised i had been dreaming. The entire day after felt really weird and i kept thinking "wow, i'm alive". One thing i've learned from this dream is that it doesn't make sense to plan out how to get the best chance of survival in situations like these because you're just in way too much shock to do anything. Sorry if this is a bit much or incoherent, i'm not very good at writing and explaining stuff lol. Also i know this doesn't really fit with the theme of weird wacky dreams but i really wanted to share this with someone because this is definitely the craziest dream i've ever had and probably ever will have
I had a dream where I actually died. It happened last year, and I was in WW2, flying a fighter plane. I do not know which side I was on, but I think I was on the side of the japanese as the dream ended with me crashing my plane into a ship
My near death experiences in dreams often goes like this: I am close to dying, and, it has actually become a habit for me, i ask myself "did I wake up this morning" if i don't remember when that happens I just go lucid and fly away. But one time I actually dreamt a full day, an extremely accurate one too, so when i was close to dying I thought this was actually real life, and when i died, i woke up, and i didn't trust my days for weeks after that

For a long while when I was just a kid I would simply dream of just playing Minecraft. No weird shenanigans, just me imaging things to do in Minecraft next. Very helpful considering that's all I ever did. Also had a few different dreams where I could fly or maybe float by just waving my legs fast enough that I took off the ground. Finally, I once dreamt 3 times about a goldfish that got too big for it's bowl, and then had to be moved into a tank, and then into a pool, and then the ocean. It kept growing until it was flopping around on the puddle that was earth's oceans, and then it just swam into space, and then later ate the earth, and after, the sun like they were both tiny fish pellets. The fish then proceeded to swim/zoom past the camera with the big bang transition sound effect. I honestly don't even know what to add. Weird fish dream.
i’ve had flying dreams like that except i would flap my arms like wings. I would fly from home to school all the time and love it even tho i’m terrified of heights lmao
I can not have any flying dreams. It doesn’t make sense how I have never flown in dreams. I have plenty of dreams where I just off a building and die but I never fly. My closest was jumping pretty high.
I had a dream when I was a teen that I had my own appartment, which was filled with snakes. They weren't ordinary snakes, though, as they were strikingly beautiful and could talk, but preferred to talk with nobody except me. We lived in harmony and peace as they bred underneath my bed and shared my space. They were pastel pink, orange, or yellow, with ornate white patterning. Each one also nearly glew because they were so beautiful to me.
@@faithpearlgenied-a5517 it was. I searched forever trying to find a similarly beautiful snake, but no such snake existed with the same petterns. Albino rosey boas are the closest color-wise, but still not pastel enough, and they don't 'almost glow.'
Reminded me of a dream where me and two other people were about to enter a cave and there was a snake in the entrance made out of like.. meat or something? And I think I or one of the other guys picked it up and it crumbled away. The dream was long but I dont remember it too well

I had the standard "getting chased by a serial killer with a sledgehammer" dream, but when I woke up there was a shadow in the corner of my room that looked like a person. Scared the shit out of me.
I had a similar dream where i was being chased by someone with an axe. They caught up with me and with a big swing they plunged it into my chest. It was so vivid that i could feel the heaviness and coldness of the blade.
Is there anyone else here who feels like they're never in control of themselves during their dreams? Whenever I dream, I feel more like a spectator watching myself from a 1st-person perspective.
I once had a dream where I was in a hardware store. They had tablets and phones in one aisle. I grabbed a phone, entered a url that sent you to Club Penguin and was disappointed to see it had turned into a NSFW website. I cried, ran home, and there was a Crockpot with a keyboard in front of it on the kitchen table. I typed “Bring back club penguin” on the keyboard, the Crockpot blew up, and I died.
I've had a few weird dreams, don't know which one is the weirdest: One of them was when me, my brother, and my best friend fixed some random person's boiler. Then we used the money to build a giant skyscraper with a telescope at the top. Thing is, this skyscraper was constantly crumbling, even when we first built it and wouldn't stop even when we strengthened it. Little bits of skyscraper would just always be flaking off. Also the lift that took you to the top of the skyscraper had a giant hole in the back wall. I had this dream when I was about 8 or 9. I have no idea how I remembered it in such great detail.
I had a dream about a month ago where my social studies teacher was going to play The Simpsons Movie in class, but instead of being about Homer saving Springfield from some nuclear thing, it was a sci-fi horror space film.
I found myself in a Walmart, looking at a display table showing off some weird new product called "Eggus". Even in the dream I had no idea what it looked like or did. There was a girl nearby who I had a crush on, but she didn't notice me. When I returned later the table was empty, and I audibly expressed frustration at the absence of Eggus so the girl wouldn't think I was a creep who'd only come back to hang around her (I was and I had). Later in that same dream I was sitting in the lobby of a lawyer or insurance agent's office when Cliffy B and a blonde Seth Green walked in, the latter of whom sat down next to me and started telling a bunch of lame non-jokes including, and I quote, "Gabe Newell's perm is called a perm." I didn't laugh, but he didn't stop. Real dreams are always so much more bizarre and inexplicable than just "at school in my underpants".
I had a dream once where I screamed "I'm coming!" so loud that I woke myself up and realized I said it out loud in real life too. It turns out my mom happened to hear it but she assumed I meant I wanted to go with her to the store. Half of me believes she knows what I meant but doesn't want to admit it.
Once I dreamt of getting into a fight with Elsa from Frozen and winning. My friend group is debating whether or not I could do that in real life. They say I can beat Elsa in a fight because of my fire-based equipment and methods.

I HAD ONE I’L QUICKLY GO GET IT IT WAS THIS: I had a dream that I found a new backrooms level, and it was simply a vast desert with cold wind. Every few hours, I’d find a table, with 4 other people on it playing Solitaire, right next to an extremely deep ravine with smoke coming out of it. The people looked completely human, except one has cuts and bruises all over them. Near the end of the game, the bruised one drew a card called “Death”, stood up and jumped into the ravine, and the rest of the people would pack up the game and walk in different directions, away from the ravine. The smoke would stop and I stood there, clueless as to why someone killed themself halfway through a game of solitaire, the the other people played it off as a regular thing. Then i walked away, and was later dragged into another solitaire game at about noon. I recognized the other three as the exact same people the dead one was playing with, and suddenly a ravine appeared about 10 meters away from me, and smoke came out of it again, and I realized that the people playing were entities, and my death was already fated to happen. So I played, eventually drew the card, and fell down into the ravine, but survived. I looked around and saw a river, and a crashed plane on fire, so I sat up but I heard something whisper to me to lay back down, and I looked around and saw an entity that mimicked a small boy, except his legs were cut off and he was beheaded. He was stumbling around on his little nubs, and his body was full to the brink of rusted iron. When I tried to move, it quickly stumbled over to me, but stopped when I stopped moving. i dunno what to call the level, or why the entities dragged their victims in by playing the role of others who fell into the level, but the only escape option at the moment would be death. could be level 46, i really don’t know,
I also had a Backrooms-related dream, but I made a level instead The level was just an infinite SegaWorld (A closed down theme park that is Sega related) and there was a female Tails in a train conductor outfit that was pretty much the guide to the level

One of the strangest dreams I remember with clarity was fleeing from a gigantic Pikachu in a red double decker bus against a red skydrop years before dynamaxing was a thing. Also I had a weird dream last night involving a sad Jimmy Neutron who was being mocked. I've only ever seen the film (didn't have access to the Nickelodeon channel back in the day) so I've no idea why this was a dream.
Easily the strangest dream I've ever had, a pretty recent one too: I was watching Binging with Babish (Babish Culinary Universe, a cooking youtube channel) and he was making hot chocolate that consisted of milk, cocoa, nutmeg, whole espresso beans, a piece of sweet bread, and a slice of boiled cauliflower. He said it was the best hot chocolate he's ever made.
I had a weird dream where i lived near a black hole with my grandma and the person who owned the hotel hated squeaky toys. Unfortunately, i brought a mini red car with a bear in it and it squeaked. We went out to just see.... Ah yes. ＢＲＯＯＫＨＡＶＥＮ
one time i had this dream that Death itself (grim reaper interpretation, dark robes, skeletal hands, etc) was just hanging around in a local mall. they looked lonely, so i approached, and when they turned around, instead of the expected humanoid skull or empty hood, they had this cartoonish skull face like a mascot costume head. we just stood around and hung out, but i had to be careful never to make physical contact with them for obvious reasons. neither of us had any communication the whole time, but it was pretty fun i suppose. a while later, i had a drram wherein i returned to this shopping center, and after failing to find a part time job setting tables for an outdoor seating are on account of the tables disappearing, i found death again, and they greeted me like an old friend, apparently remembering from the last time we met. for the second time, we just, coexisted nonverbally in this shopping mall, just sitting on a bench looking at our reflections in the storefront windows. it was strangely relaxing
I once had a dream where I thought "this is kinda like a dream, I wonder if it is a dream. Let me test it." And all I did was touch the ground, got confused if not feeling it meant I was in a dream or wasnt in a dream, and finally decided it was not a dream. The dream itself was a normal dream.
I had the exact opposite, where I fully realized I was in a dream, decided to test the limits of the dream by kicking a tree, and when kicking the tree actually hurt, had a bit of an existential moment. (Edit: I do feel bad about kicking the tree, even though it was probably more than 20 times bigger than me. And I realized I was dreaming because I was flying amongst its branches.)
I once had a dream where I was in school and my classmates were making fun of one kid for believing in the norse gods. Suddenly a storm appeared overhead and a giant pufferfish descended from the sky. The pufferfish claimed to be Thor the god of thunder. Everyone that had made fun of the boy began crying and begging for mercy. Thor spit out a glowing blue orb and said that it would explode in 20 minutes. Luckily we managed to escape through the sewers. When we were far enough from the school we climbed out of the sewers and watched the explosion in the distance.
I had a dream that my family and I were in a massive theater watching a never-before-seen opera/musical by Chopin, and it was pretty good. The only part I remember was a woman catching a frog with a southern accent and interrogating him. At some point, their exchange in dialogue changed to a series of weird pictures. That was around the time when the woman asked the frog a question that I can’t remember, and he said, “Well, the delusion of children is that they think they are the prisoners of their parents. But one day, the Net will move its tendrils into the Net, around the Net, inside the Netaaaha ha ha ha ha haaa…” and then the film degraded and then I woke up. And you know that uncanny ability you get when you’re dreaming to pick up on implications that aren’t clear at all? Well, when this frog said this stuff, I guessed that the reason the ‘Net was moving its tendrils inside the Net’ (the Net probably being the Internet) was because anything that it touched would become a part of it. My brain. Made analog horror. From a musical written by Chopin.
I had a dream about a month ago where my family and I were sitting a Dominos and all of the sudden Danny DeVito walked in and started talking to my dad. I destinctly remember my little sister calling him "Uncle Danny"
I vividly remember having a dream about watching youtube when suddenly I heard dolphin noises around me. I could not tell you where the noises were coming from, nor the overwhelming sense of dread I felt while they were happening.
In the middle of the night my cousin said "kneecap cereal" and when I asked her what she was talking about she just said "mcdonalds". Apparently kneecap cereal was a new item in mcdonalds. I'm positive I can't be the only one who has "dream series". Every once and a while, I get another episode, or sometimes the same episode with some obvious differences. I can never remember these dreams until I have another one, at which point, all of the previous episodes become crystal-clear in my mind. They disappear again almost as soon as I wake up. I have multiple ongoing series and I often get reruns of ones that have long since concluded. And yes, they usually have an actual storyline complete with an ending.
That sounds really cool, I sometimes have "deja vu" in dreams where some things seem like I've seen them in previous dreams or irl, but I'm never sure whether that's true or if the memory of seeing it before was just part of the dream. It would be really interesting to actually have a full series of dreams in the same universe/storyline

The strangest dream I can remember that was actually coherent was one where my family and I went on a trip to a goat farm. As soon as we got in, a huge, fluffy goat with a human head started approaching us. We were all confused and a little scared until the goat explained that he was the owner of the farm. Apparently, the body belonged to the farm's most prized goat. When it died, the owner was so upset that he elected to have his head surgically connected to its body so that he could keep producing its famous wool.
Anyway, we toured some 19th century chapel that happened to be on the property instead of the actual farm for some reason, and the owner had trouble fitting through a narrow staircase on account of his giant goat body.
That last part was hilarious.
My dream was me teleported in a huge school, there was somehow a bed so I went to a room and gone to sleep. After I woke up I saw an elevator Infront on me and there was stairs in the elevator, and a train flipping the stairs to put tracks so I went on the train and it broke down so I looked down and it was a witch pot, then then I went for the stairs I opened my eyes even though they was already open and I was on the toilet. There was a full open window on the bathroom. Then I opened my eyes AGAIN even though they was open and I was in a pitch black room, that's when I knew I wasn't dreaming anymore because my real room has no windows and no light source was on. My dream felt/looked so real. That's what I get for sleeping with shoes on in my dream.

Usually, when someone tells me about their weird dream I am not impressed, but I was laughing and crying while watching this video. I don't remember any of my crazy dreams except for one where I was chasing a Ferrari with a bulldog pattern on it without any driver. But my sister had a dream where our mom was a driver of a little train and she took us for a ride. We were flying in the sky, riding through garden bushes and eventually we all drowned in a sea as my mom drove off a cliff.

When I was a child, I had a dream once that a mad scientist created some kind of monster that went around eating people. This monster actually turned out to not kill or even hurt anyone, as they would all just pass through its digestive system unharmed. It became an attraction for the little kids in town somehow. I only had this dream once and I am completely baffled by the fact it was like 15 years ago and I still remember it.
That reminds me of a dream that I had when I was very young. I was watching tv and then a Rhetorical question Geico commercial came up on the screen. It was the one where the person was living under a rock. It seemed normal at first. But after a few seconds the guy slowly turned into the Geico gecko. The gecko was walking on the tv saying stuff that I don’t remember. He then said take him away. It went to third person to see a large version of the gecko running towards me on his 2 hind legs. I hid my self underneath a blanket and then the dream ends. Worst. Dream. Ever.

There was some kind of title card though I don't remember what it said, all flickery like some old 50s movie. The night before last I dreamed I was going to the house of an abusive relative to confront him. The house was empty and the door was unlocked, but all the clothes, food etc were still there. I decided to set up camp for the night in one of the bedrooms and then I heard all these creepy noises as midnight approached. I tried not to look but when I finally had the guts to do it I saw Steve Irwin holding a plate of garlic bread. He kept trying to offer me some but I was freaking out about how much he'd scared me jumping out like that. Waking up I kinda realized that if the house was empty and the only other person was the freaking crocodile hunter himself maybe I should have been concerned about what ate my relative. I once had a dream that I was in the Hunger Games, and all the other tributes were the Octonauts. All I remember is that Captain Barnacles got to Kwazii near the end of it, who had been hiding in a tree. I then proceeded to win the Octonauts x Hunger Games by somehow managing to beat Captain Barnacles in a fight (?) I’m not entirely sure what happened to Peso. I once had a strange "double feature" night where I got to watch two of my dreams without ever waking up. The first involved Zeus in a Chinese restaurant, a pizza delivery man with clay eyes on a unicycle, and child labor. That wasn't even the crazy one.
The second dream centered around a mysterious group called "The Thinkers" that secretly ruled the world Illuminati style, but they were good and trying to save everyone. I applied for a job with them, hoping to become part of the 50 people in the group (they were very strict on that number, I guess), but was rejected in favor of a seagull. Not a special, superpowered seagull or anything, just a normal little guy. In my rage I decided my new life's purpose would be to get my revenge on the Thinkers and created my own group, the unfortunately named "Anti-Thinkers." A few friends of mine were in it, though the most memorable member was this nine year old I know who had the voice of Arnold Schwarzenegger, accent and all. The dream went on to include a daring escape, where the image of said nine year old screaming "Falcon! Nooooooooo!" was forever imprinted in my brain, as well as a mission to spy on the Thinkers where I accidentally gave two of its members (Oprah and Drew Carey) the information needed to solve world hunger...which I was mad about, apparently. It all concluded when my anger built up to the point of deciding murder was better than living in a world where a seagull had replaced me, so I ran into the chamber the Thinkers met in, yanked the seagull by the leg, dragged it outside into the snow, and proceeded to pulverize it against the side of a brick building. I dropped the body, looking up dramatically, only to see the Thinkers watching me with distaste. I looked back down and realized that, somehow, the seagull had survived and was also staring at me, before it launched itself onto my face and began scratching me relentlessly. I succeeded in tearing it off my face, running back into a small room my Anti-Thinkers were hiding out in, and while panting looked at my friend dead in the eye and said
"I know why they chose the seagull over me now."
What a night that was.

I had a horrible nightmare last night where Sr Pelo died. I was scared beyond belief in the dream and I kept trying to deny that he died. But I kept seeing the videos mourning his death and I even looked him up on the Internet and the “is” in the information sentence thing was changed to a “was.” Eventually I just…gave up and accepted it. Pelo was gone. He was so talented and had so much potential. Then I woke up. I was SO fucking relieved I was out of that hellscape of a dream. Most of my weirdest dreams are waaaaay too long for me to post, but I do have a short and sweet one:
I'm watching a UA-cam documentary about animals. The narrator says, ”Other animals are terrifying for their teeth… or venom… but this one is terrifying for how much gifts it gives!”, as the video cuts to a small canary, playing with someone while sitting on a bird stand. The person's shirt also says “How much gift it gives!”, as if it is a slogan for an attraction.
A host wearing a fancy suit picks up the canary and says, ”Oh hey, little guy!” But, before he can even put the bird near the camera and show him to the audience, the video cuts to a analog horror-esque warning page: ”The following footage is extremely disturbing. Censored for your viewing safety.” A deafening beeping noise plays, but the host's cries of agony can be faintly heard in the background.
I thought to myself, ”headcanon: The video is disturbing because you will be jealous of how much gifts the host received.”

After coming out of the dryer it was shriveled and burnt and wouldn't reattach (presumably it would have reattached under the dream logic if I hadn't shrunken it). I woke up with the hugest pit of guilt in my stomach!
Probably the least sensical and yet scariest dream I had: Two rotten-smelling green eggs hatched into these airplane-human-baby hybrids. They flew around the room and screamed at each other in airplane language. Somehow this caused all the toddlers in the town to go batshit crazy and paint the walls and yell "green! Green! Green!" over and over again.
That could easily be made into a horror movie.

I had a dream where I was watching a Netflix interactive special of Bojack Horseman. It took place towards the end of Season 3, and was a direct continuation of that episode where Emily (I think that’s what her name was) decided to stop seeing Todd. The outcomes of the choices I made in the special were structured like a flow chart from Argus Rim. Each time the episode ended, I would go back to an earlier point, and watch the story play out differently. The ending I remember most vividly is the route where a demonic Santa Claus kidnaps Emily, and the Bojack crew chase him through the desert to save her. After defeating Satan Claus, the episode ends with Diane making a meta comment like, “I wonder what we are doing in alternate timelines.” Then the episode ended, and I woke up.
I had a most bizarre dream in which I was about to buy a particular comic from a stall in a cathedral. Yet when I asked if they had it, the vendors shared a conspiratorial glance between one another and instructed me to follow a man up a huge spiral staircase to one of the spires. When we got to the top, he removed a secret slot from the wall, opened it, and unfolded an illustration of the pope as a furry.

This happens to me too! The only time I ever have lucid dreams is if I'm facing imminent peril, I'll realize it's a dream, calm down, and then immediately go back to the dream with no idea that I'm dreaming.
I had a dream where I was at a model fashion show place, as I was the judge in that show, and 1 of the models was an 82 year old Canadian man named Peter Cullen, and he was doing a sassy walk, which is unusual for an old man, and me and the other judges gave Peter Cullen a 20/20 and other models got 19/20, 18/20, and so on. And 1 woman who is like 26 years old took off her high heel shoe and yeeted at Peter Cullen, and what did Peter Cullen do to avoid getting hit in the face with the high heel? He dodged it, obviously, and he screamed "WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU, MISS?!?!? WOULD YOU DO THAT TO YOUR OWN FATHER OR GRANDFATHER, AT HOME, WOULD YOU?" and the woman had instant regrets after Peter Cullen's scream of anger. And Peter Cullen jumped at the woman and tackled her to the ground, and then a 77 year old american man named Frank Welker, who was in the crowd, got out of his seat, and went to break up the fight between Peter Cullen and the 26 year old woman, and Peter Cullen suddenly turned 28 years old, like his body just went through an age reverse stage, and Peter Cullen said "what happened? How did I turn 28 when I was 82 years old?!?" And everybody noticed that Peter Cullen sounded younger, and he did his famous Optimus Prime voice, saying "hello, my name is Optimus Prime." And then Peter Cullen just flunked in Frank Welker's arms, then Peter Cullen's older brother Larry Cullen came out of the crowd, and then he just picked his brother up out of Frank Welker's arms, and carried his brother home, then after the show, Frank Welker, and I followed Larry Cullen to his home, and we found Peter Cullen, and suddenly Peter Cullen turned back into an 82 year old man, from a 28 year old man, and Larry Cullen said "I don't know what happened to my brother. I suppose that his DNA genome may have been changed, to have some sort of ability to make him change age at will, like 1 day or moment, he could be impersonating an 18 year old boy, and another moment or day, he would be impersonating various younger people, age wise." And Frank Welker said "how did that all happened? Did he take some sort of hormonal pills? Also, how are you still alive? If you had died in march of 2011?" Then Larry Cullen said "I came back from the dead, like how that heroic truck, that my brother auditioned for, did." And I said "you came back from the dead like how Optimus Prime did, Larry Cullen?" And Larry Cullen said "yep." Then I walked back to the show location, and I saw an ambulance there, and paramedics getting a 45 year old French man named Omar Sy into the back of the ambulance, as Omar Sy had suffered a very bad anime nosebleed, and apparently, his anime nosebleed was caused by Peter Cullen's sass on the catwalk. A 45 year old man simping for an 82 year old man? That is strange and gay. Not to be offensive to any LGBTQ+ community members, okay? But Peter Cullen has a wife and so does Omar Sy.
My dream ended at Larry Cullen's house, and I saw a random woman who worked at SEPTA as a bus driver, kissing Larry Cullen.

I've had these sorts of dreams, where I am watching a UA-cam video or playing a good fictional game. But have you ever had a dream where it wasn't you, who you were dreaming about. Cause I have them quite often. Like one time I was dreaming of a girl (named something starting with A) and she was part of a group of kids collecting some sorts of magical rocks in a magic world . Forget a dream ending with credits, I had a dream that ended with a fucking ad. Don't remember what the ad was for, but I woke up, tapping the air in front of me to try and get rid of it.
Okay so this was more of a nightmare than a dream, but it's still to date the wildest nightmare/dream I've ever had. I don't remember alot about it, I just remember some traumatizing details that have never left my mind. A dark haired, red eyed little girl sitting on my childhood homes fence with my childhood dog, Otis' head on a spike. Then the scene shifted to where I was crying in a school bathroom as a demonized version of Otis tried to get into the stall I was in. Also there was that one time in elementary school where I dreamt that all students had long pins sticking out of them for some reason, were basically zombified, and one girl came in crying to the teacher I was with to "get them out of me, get them out of me. Please!!"
Damn, I had a similar one where I was in a classroom with the sky outside being red, a girl came in and screamed at the teacher for help in the hall but the teacher ignored her as something dragged her back into the hall. I don’t remember much past that but your story reminded me of that

My dreams are usually never scary, they just feel more like comedy than scary or more mildly sad than scary. There were two possibly paranormal things that happened in my real life tho, there was some guy from school, let's call him Bob, who claimed to have satanic or black magic type abilities. He said he could make blood boil and he could show people their worst fear or something like that. He wanted to demonstrate the boiling blood thing so some other teens gathered in front of him, maybe sitting down, and even though I was off to the side, he was facing them not me, I still suddenly felt very warm in the chest. And I let him know that and he stopped and was like oh r/iamverypowerful. The showing people their worst fear thing was like, Bob put his hand next to some other guy's head, the guy wanted to see if the showing people their worst fear thing was real, or maybe they did want to see their own worst fear for some reason. This was voluntary, guy asked Bob to do this. Anyways after a little while of this the guy said "Dude, stop" and so Bob did stop, the guy looked like he had a headache or something and he said he saw a fish type of thing with like tentacles. I think he did say it was scary, sounds like it was some sort of very specific demon given the context or spirit even though I'm skeptical and don't actually believe in anything.
The other paranormal thing that happened was I saw a glowing white orb in the night sky for like a second, then it disappeared. Still very skeptical about it tho like it could have been a real explainable thing or a hallucination or whatever.
I had a dream about my "worst fear" it was just a little transparent orange blob creature, it's stomach had liquid in it that constantly sloshed around and the creature had the ability to make me feel a little nauseous but yeah didn't feel very scary it was just a mildly unsettling creature. The scariest dream I think I had was when I looked into a mirror and my iris and pupil were like melting, my eyes are brown but they were dissolving into a sickly green color. It was probably a dream based on district 9 which like the fly in the way that it has body horror like a slow transformation.

Waking 1: I walked downstairs and saw a black cat in the living room. "Mom, why is there a cat here? We don't own a cat!" And the cat looked at me all insulted.
Waking 2: I walked downstairs and got stuck on the stairs, just walking on the spot, like a glitching video-game character.
Waking 3: Sat in bed, suspicious that waking-up wasn't working, so just sat there and watched my room change colours, and get bigger and wider like the walls were stretching out.

I used to have lucid nightmares a lot when I was younger. However, through all of them (though not as commonly today) I had two options; sometimes I decided to stay asleep, and I’ve gotten over a lot of fears that way. However, when things got to be dire, as a last resort (and this goes for all of my dreams honestly) I could automatically wake up by doing a backflip. I can’t even backflip in real life.
I also remember having a dream where I was chased through a snowy forest at night by a monster with flashing multicolored eyes, that blasted phonk music as it chased me.
I once had a dream where me and some of my classmates went to a summer camp to learn English and French. The walls were painted glowing red and blue, the teachers only wore underwear (???) and I was struggling to find the classroom I had to go to. In the end I got so anxious over the fact that I couldn't find the class that I fell to the ground and started screaming until I woke up.
Oh and also the dream where a blimp crashed into my house and I sat there crying as I watched it destroy the wall.

I had a dream that someone challenged me to carve a wood sculpture with anything but proper wood carving tools. I took that challenge and carved a sculpture of a golden retriever with nothing more than a garden trowel and a kitchen knife. It was fairly detailed and after I showed the person the sculpture, it turned into an actual golden retriever.
Edit: I forgot to say this when I was originally writing this, but I don't know how to carve wood in my waking life, let alone know how to carve wood with the tools I chose in the dream.

I had a dream I was supposed to save the world from ending with a team of random strangers. Me and another teammate had just watched everyone else die and we decided to use our time powers to bring them back. Apparently, using time powers is illegal, and I got told by a floating fish with an oddly human face, "people who mess with time get to wake up at 4am" in a disappointed tone and shaking its head, which was oddly specific. I would say I woke up at 4am, but I actually woke up at 3:52 and was oddly disturbed.
It seems like that was somehow your body's internal clock physically manifesting itself in your dreams...in the form of a floating fish. The brain really is a strange and fascinating thing isn't it?

I’ve had so many weird dreams that I have an entire page of them listed on my Notes app, but I’ll give you one from several years ago that really stuck out to me.
I was walking by myself in my grandma’s neighborhood pulling a purple mushroom the size of a two-story house in a little red wagon. Then when my parents came by, I stuffed the entire mushroom into my bellybutton…and somehow that whole thing fit inside, except it then started turning my belly purple. I tried covering it up with a white towel, but the towel turned purple too!

*1:* I was watching a movie with two other people, and I turned to the old man on my left to say "This movie's kind of scary, isn't it?" He replied in agreement, and asked me if I was going to ask Roger, the little boy on my right. I then turned and asked him twice, and he remained oblivious. However, when I tapped on Roger shoulder, he suddenly jumped away from me out of his chair, slinking into the darkness with a face like the murderer from Scream.
*2:* I woke up on the edge of a seemingly endless field and a dense forest. There was at least seven inches of snow on the ground, and I was completely naked. Beside me there was a shield and a Gladiator helmet. Somehow, I subconsciously knew that I had to find a shed somewhere inside the field. After what felt like an eternity of walking I finally found one, but upon opening the door I woke up.
And some smaller ones:
*1:* I did an airstrike attack on a Nazi base with a talking penguin.
*2:* I made a set of armor out of a drum set and fought a living tuba.
*3:* I went on a quest for "The Golden Steak," said to be cooked at only the finest of temperatures.
*4:* I found a secret base up my chimney, made out of lapis.
And my favorite, *5:* I found a spiky suit of metal armor, put it on, and started a superhero gig as "Splinter Man."

One time I had a dream that was like a tv show. This talking cat gave me and my friend a type of dessert I had never seen before (it was delicious, by the way), and for some reason we were in some sort of laboratory, combined with my church- yeah, it was weird- and there were villains chasing us- but the BEST part by far, is when the episode changed all of the sudden, to “Doc Martin Chronicles”…

A few dreams I actually remember from when I was a kid:
- My little sister being ground into a can of tomato soup. I was around toddler age at the time and the sister was just a baby who hardly left her bedroom, so I distinctly remember thinking the dream was real for a while lmao
- Coming to a new school and not knowing where *any* of the classes were (I think I was about to graduate to middle school when I had it)
- My English teacher bringing in an evil clown to class, who then proceeds to mind control all the students except me. The rest of the dream was just me running away from the clown, and I remember the school being much larger in the dream than in real life. I also remember being less scared of the clown than I was confused by the bizarre layout of the dream-school
I had a school dream where it was the end of the year and I found out there was a project we were assigned at the beginning of the year that we'd turn it at the end. I was panicking because I hadn't even started the project yet.
Here's the weirdest dream I've ever had (not a nightmare, just weird lol): So it's about how to train your dragon, the little old lady (I think her name is Gothi) was accused of a crime, and the people of Berk decided to test how well she knows the Spanish language to see if she was guilty. Hiccup and Stoick go into a room with lots of palm trees with lemons growing on them, and challenge each other to a game in which they punch down the palm trees like in minecraft. After this, they enter the room with the Spanish test and Gothi is inside a glass chamber alongside a block of minecraft TNT. Nearby people suddenly start yelling that the lemons had escaped. Turns out the lemons had come alive and gone to a town called Brooklyn, and they returned on the backs of guinea pigs the size of horses.

Slept over at a friends house and had the most vivid dream of my life. In the dream, I was in the body of a ten year old boy. For the record, I am not ten years old or a boy. In the dream I had a little sister and a mom and dad and we all lived in the same house. However, something was wrong with the world and we couldn’t have the house too clean or it was considered “cheating” and something bad would happen. This inspires me to write a story that I have now been working on for half a year.

Some of my earliest memories are from when I was 3. I was afraid of the Monster's Inc. Scream Extractor for a portion of my younger life, and I had nightmares about it, the stupidest one was where Thomas the tank engine's face was the Extractor and it was ginungulungulus, I'm talking big. There wasn't even a vacuum.
My sister had a dream that she had this intense rivalry with a duck pretending to be a person, and nobody else noticed but her. Apparently, the duck liked to rob museums dressed as different people. There’s definitely a few more specific details that happen after this, but I can’t remember it at the moment. She told us this during our great uncle’s funeral.

I was a male in his mid-twenties (I'm a fifteen-year girl in real-life), and the dream was about me traversing a strange arena with my younger sister. The arena looked rough and unreal, like it was a crappy unfinished Unity project. I don't remember clearly, what happened there, but I remember perfectly how I shot someone with a bazooka, and literally the whole arena just broke, leaving me and my sis floating.

I remember when I was a kid, whenever I had a fever I would have one of two recurring nightmare where a supervolcano was going to errupt and destroy the world and the only way to solve it was to solve some ridiculously complicated math equation before running out of time. I'd always wake up as time ran out and everything went white. The other fever dream had me hanging out of a train car as tall grass would hit my face and I'd get splashed by water. As far as I can remember, nothing else happened.
I had this really long and wacky dream that ended with me and someone else walked into a large room with nothing in it but a massive round table with a bunch of like 4 foot tall penguin statues and 10ish year old boy in a penguin onesie sitting around it. The boy gestures for us to sit at the table and says, "I bet your wondering why I brought you here today" Then I woke up. I'm still a bit mad that I never got to hear what he had to say.

This is actually perfect, I keep a dream journal. The entries are usually written weirdly because I’m really tired while writing them, but I’ll try my best to translate some of yesterday’s:
In the dream, I was walking around my yard, and stopped right in front of the shed. I turned around and it got really windy. I was wearing a pretty baggy shirt, and so the wind puffed it up a lot. Then I thought it would be really cool if the wind carried me up, like I was flying. And then it did. When I got really high up in the air, I looked down at my mom, who had suddenly appeared. I yelled something down to her, and then she stretched up to me. As in, her legs extended about a hundred feet to be on level with me. some of my weirdest, explained:
1. watching a show on adult swim where some kid kills her own mother at a playground. the rest of the show was spent figuring out other killers in the area 20 years after the kid killed her mom.
2. i went to therapy and oprah was my therapist.
3. i was invited to mary elizabeth winstead’s birthday party with some other people, mostly celebrities
4. i was helping the grim reaper fix his satellite dish.
5. me and a few celebrities went to ohio and it got bombed.

I had a dream a while ago that I was in a crowd of people, and I yelled "GIVE ME A ONE" and everyone was like "ONE" "GIVE ME A TWO!" "TWO!" "WHAT'S THAT SPELL? TWELVE!!"
I had a dream that ended with credits too, when I was like 8. It started off with me being sent to a summer camp, where I was outcasted for some reason, so i went up to the “forbidden attic” which was housing a bunch of dust spirts. Scared the shit out of me but I guess they liked me cause they gave me a dust mask and I ended up befriending all of them :) the credits scene was also very cool, it showed people painting the sky as the names were rolling so it was like a movie dream

When I was 7-8, I had a nightmare that it was the end of the world and my deceased grandma had to put me down so I wouldn’t have to witness it… and once it all faded out, the Halo leaderboard popped up

One time i had a near-death experience in a dream.
It was the most realistic dream i've ever had, i was somewhere on a tight road in the alps with my family and we were taking a break, then we stepped back in the car, me in one of the back seats and my grandpa in the drivers seat. And (at least this is what i thought in the dream) instead of stepping on the breaks he accidentally slams fully on the gas pedal and we drive off a cliff into like a 500 meter straight drop. This moment is the most detailed thing i've ever experienced in a dream, i'm pretty sure i had a real life adrenaline rush while dreaming this and i'm pretty sure in the dream i actually thought about whether or not this was a dream and came to the conclusion that there's no way this could be a dream because it was way too real. I was thinking "damn, this is actually happening, this is how my life ends huh". I really can't describe this experience that well, the best i can explain is that i was completely utterly convinced that i was going to die. Waking up from that dream was just as surreal, because i was so convinced that that dream was real, so for the first about 5 seconds i was totally confused before i realised i had been dreaming. The entire day after felt really weird and i kept thinking "wow, i'm alive".
One thing i've learned from this dream is that it doesn't make sense to plan out how to get the best chance of survival in situations like these because you're just in way too much shock to do anything.
Sorry if this is a bit much or incoherent, i'm not very good at writing and explaining stuff lol. Also i know this doesn't really fit with the theme of weird wacky dreams but i really wanted to share this with someone because this is definitely the craziest dream i've ever had and probably ever will have
I had a dream where I actually died. It happened last year, and I was in WW2, flying a fighter plane. I do not know which side I was on, but I think I was on the side of the japanese as the dream ended with me crashing my plane into a ship

My near death experiences in dreams often goes like this:
I am close to dying, and, it has actually become a habit for me, i ask myself "did I wake up this morning" if i don't remember when that happens I just go lucid and fly away.
But one time I actually dreamt a full day, an extremely accurate one too, so when i was close to dying I thought this was actually real life, and when i died, i woke up, and i didn't trust my days for weeks after that
Love it when you're in a dream and ask yourself "Is this a dream?" and then still come to the conclusion that it is not... Happens all the time for some reason
For a long while when I was just a kid I would simply dream of just playing Minecraft. No weird shenanigans, just me imaging things to do in Minecraft next. Very helpful considering that's all I ever did.
Also had a few different dreams where I could fly or maybe float by just waving my legs fast enough that I took off the ground.
Finally, I once dreamt 3 times about a goldfish that got too big for it's bowl, and then had to be moved into a tank, and then into a pool, and then the ocean. It kept growing until it was flopping around on the puddle that was earth's oceans, and then it just swam into space, and then later ate the earth, and after, the sun like they were both tiny fish pellets. The fish then proceeded to swim/zoom past the camera with the big bang transition sound effect. I honestly don't even know what to add. Weird fish dream.

I can not have any flying dreams. It doesn’t make sense how I have never flown in dreams. I have plenty of dreams where I just off a building and die but I never fly. My closest was jumping pretty high.

I had a dream when I was a teen that I had my own appartment, which was filled with snakes. They weren't ordinary snakes, though, as they were strikingly beautiful and could talk, but preferred to talk with nobody except me. We lived in harmony and peace as they bred underneath my bed and shared my space. They were pastel pink, orange, or yellow, with ornate white patterning. Each one also nearly glew because they were so beautiful to me.

I had a similar dream where i was being chased by someone with an axe. They caught up with me and with a big swing they plunged it into my chest. It was so vivid that i could feel the heaviness and coldness of the blade.

I once had a dream where I was in a hardware store. They had tablets and phones in one aisle. I grabbed a phone, entered a url that sent you to Club Penguin and was disappointed to see it had turned into a NSFW website. I cried, ran home, and there was a Crockpot with a keyboard in front of it on the kitchen table. I typed “Bring back club penguin” on the keyboard, the Crockpot blew up, and I died.

I've had a few weird dreams, don't know which one is the weirdest:
One of them was when me, my brother, and my best friend fixed some random person's boiler. Then we used the money to build a giant skyscraper with a telescope at the top. Thing is, this skyscraper was constantly crumbling, even when we first built it and wouldn't stop even when we strengthened it. Little bits of skyscraper would just always be flaking off. Also the lift that took you to the top of the skyscraper had a giant hole in the back wall.
I had this dream when I was about 8 or 9. I have no idea how I remembered it in such great detail.
I had a dream about a month ago where my social studies teacher was going to play The Simpsons Movie in class, but instead of being about Homer saving Springfield from some nuclear thing, it was a sci-fi horror space film.
I found myself in a Walmart, looking at a display table showing off some weird new product called "Eggus". Even in the dream I had no idea what it looked like or did. There was a girl nearby who I had a crush on, but she didn't notice me. When I returned later the table was empty, and I audibly expressed frustration at the absence of Eggus so the girl wouldn't think I was a creep who'd only come back to hang around her (I was and I had).
Later in that same dream I was sitting in the lobby of a lawyer or insurance agent's office when Cliffy B and a blonde Seth Green walked in, the latter of whom sat down next to me and started telling a bunch of lame non-jokes including, and I quote, "Gabe Newell's perm is called a perm." I didn't laugh, but he didn't stop.
Real dreams are always so much more bizarre and inexplicable than just "at school in my underpants".

I had a dream once where I screamed "I'm coming!" so loud that I woke myself up and realized I said it out loud in real life too. It turns out my mom happened to hear it but she assumed I meant I wanted to go with her to the store. Half of me believes she knows what I meant but doesn't want to admit it.
Once I dreamt of getting into a fight with Elsa from Frozen and winning. My friend group is debating whether or not I could do that in real life. They say I can beat Elsa in a fight because of my fire-based equipment and methods.

IT WAS THIS:
I had a dream that I found a new backrooms level, and it was simply a vast desert with cold wind. Every few hours, I’d find a table, with 4 other people on it playing Solitaire, right next to an extremely deep ravine with smoke coming out of it. The people looked completely human, except one has cuts and bruises all over them. Near the end of the game, the bruised one drew a card called “Death”, stood up and jumped into the ravine, and the rest of the people would pack up the game and walk in different directions, away from the ravine. The smoke would stop and I stood there, clueless as to why someone killed themself halfway through a game of solitaire, the the other people played it off as a regular thing. Then i walked away, and was later dragged into another solitaire game at about noon. I recognized the other three as the exact same people the dead one was playing with, and suddenly a ravine appeared about 10 meters away from me, and smoke came out of it again, and I realized that the people playing were entities, and my death was already fated to happen. So I played, eventually drew the card, and fell down into the ravine, but survived. I looked around and saw a river, and a crashed plane on fire, so I sat up but I heard something whisper to me to lay back down, and I looked around and saw an entity that mimicked a small boy, except his legs were cut off and he was beheaded. He was stumbling around on his little nubs, and his body was full to the brink of rusted iron. When I tried to move, it quickly stumbled over to me, but stopped when I stopped moving. i dunno what to call the level, or why the entities dragged their victims in by playing the role of others who fell into the level, but the only escape option at the moment would be death.

One of the strangest dreams I remember with clarity was fleeing from a gigantic Pikachu in a red double decker bus against a red skydrop years before dynamaxing was a thing.
Also I had a weird dream last night involving a sad Jimmy Neutron who was being mocked. I've only ever seen the film (didn't have access to the Nickelodeon channel back in the day) so I've no idea why this was a dream.

Easily the strangest dream I've ever had, a pretty recent one too: I was watching Binging with Babish (Babish Culinary Universe, a cooking youtube channel) and he was making hot chocolate that consisted of milk, cocoa, nutmeg, whole espresso beans, a piece of sweet bread, and a slice of boiled cauliflower.
He said it was the best hot chocolate he's ever made.

I had a weird dream where i lived near a black hole with my grandma and the person who owned the hotel hated squeaky toys. Unfortunately, i brought a mini red car with a bear in it and it squeaked. We went out to just see.... Ah yes. ＢＲＯＯＫＨＡＶＥＮ
one time i had this dream that Death itself (grim reaper interpretation, dark robes, skeletal hands, etc) was just hanging around in a local mall. they looked lonely, so i approached, and when they turned around, instead of the expected humanoid skull or empty hood, they had this cartoonish skull face like a mascot costume head. we just stood around and hung out, but i had to be careful never to make physical contact with them for obvious reasons. neither of us had any communication the whole time, but it was pretty fun i suppose. a while later, i had a drram wherein i returned to this shopping center, and after failing to find a part time job setting tables for an outdoor seating are on account of the tables disappearing, i found death again, and they greeted me like an old friend, apparently remembering from the last time we met. for the second time, we just, coexisted nonverbally in this shopping mall, just sitting on a bench looking at our reflections in the storefront windows. it was strangely relaxing

I once had a dream where I thought "this is kinda like a dream, I wonder if it is a dream. Let me test it." And all I did was touch the ground, got confused if not feeling it meant I was in a dream or wasnt in a dream, and finally decided it was not a dream. The dream itself was a normal dream.
I had the exact opposite, where I fully realized I was in a dream, decided to test the limits of the dream by kicking a tree, and when kicking the tree actually hurt, had a bit of an existential moment.
(Edit: I do feel bad about kicking the tree, even though it was probably more than 20 times bigger than me. And I realized I was dreaming because I was flying amongst its branches.)
I once had a dream where I was in school and my classmates were making fun of one kid for believing in the norse gods. Suddenly a storm appeared overhead and a giant pufferfish descended from the sky. The pufferfish claimed to be Thor the god of thunder. Everyone that had made fun of the boy began crying and begging for mercy. Thor spit out a glowing blue orb and said that it would explode in 20 minutes. Luckily we managed to escape through the sewers. When we were far enough from the school we climbed out of the sewers and watched the explosion in the distance.
I had a dream that my family and I were in a massive theater watching a never-before-seen opera/musical by Chopin, and it was pretty good. The only part I remember was a woman catching a frog with a southern accent and interrogating him. At some point, their exchange in dialogue changed to a series of weird pictures. That was around the time when the woman asked the frog a question that I can’t remember, and he said, “Well, the delusion of children is that they think they are the prisoners of their parents. But one day, the Net will move its tendrils into the Net, around the Net, inside the Netaaaha ha ha ha ha haaa…” and then the film degraded and then I woke up. And you know that uncanny ability you get when you’re dreaming to pick up on implications that aren’t clear at all? Well, when this frog said this stuff, I guessed that the reason the ‘Net was moving its tendrils inside the Net’ (the Net probably being the Internet) was because anything that it touched would become a part of it.

I had a dream about a month ago where my family and I were sitting a Dominos and all of the sudden Danny DeVito walked in and started talking to my dad. I destinctly remember my little sister calling him "Uncle Danny"
