I'm thinking of getting this for my new MacBook Pro 13". I wanted to put a hardshell case on my laptop, however, in the long run they have the tendency to leave some type of marks behind based on my past experience. I will probably get a D Brand skin and then use this incase sleeve together. I'm hoping that it'll all work out. (:
Good review, I'm looking a protective and minimalist Sleeve case for my new Macbook Pro 16. This one looks cool, even thought a bit a bit Overpriced in my opinion.
I had this for my 15 inch macbook pro retina and the thing is that, the magnet from the case messed up my whole macbook. It shut down when i put my macbook on the case. My computer was ok for the first couple of days but then it became all weird after that.
I tend to stay away from hard shells because the aluminum casing of apple devices is used as an extension of the cooling system. Plastic works as an insulator decreasing the effectiveness of how well the laptop can cool and as many know, heat is the enemy of electronics and battery longevity.
don´t get this case, i bought it and this completely fucked up my macbook pro!! THE MAGNET WILL FUCK THE COMPUTER, no matter what you do, i had to get a laptop replacement because of this so i strongly recommend you not to buy it.
Just bought the 13" for my mac air... very dissapointed. Way too big, the laptop is moving around inside the sleeve. Some parts in the bumper inside the sleeve (bottom and side) are rough and sharp, I wouldn't put my brand new macbook inside :( Not worth the money, so expensive.
Which do you think offers more protection? This ICON sleeve or the Tom toc 360 degree? Link to the Tom Toc is here - www.amazon.com/dp/B01HCF13U6/ref=psdc_335609011_t1_B00VVLEKY4

Nice review! Getting a 13" MacBook Pro soon and saw this is available for it. Will be picking one up.

You have great potential in documenting reviews. Your dictation is amazing! Keep up
Is there a risk that the magnet could damage the internal hardware of the laptop?
Thank you for this review!!! I just bought a new MBP 13" Retina, and I am looking for a new case to go with it! Very useful information!
+Tim Payne as i mentioned in the video, this sleeve wont work very well with a hardshell case AND this sleeve
+randomrazr I meant sleeve not case haha
***** then ur fine
What's the difference between the $60 option and the $15.99? They look the exact same and from the same brand
i have 15 inch MBP and use the 16 inch case the extra room is pretty nice!!
this sleeve makes my macbook sleep when i put it on top of the sleeve? is this happening with NYONE ELSE?
+Moses ainsz must be the magnets that triggger it

because the magnets detected like reposed mode, quit to the sleeve when used the mac
Yea, the case bit angers me! I like to keep my case on.

primary cooling in the new macbooks is via the fan and air vents
Thanks for the review. It is very helpful!
Hey. Do you reckon buying a 13" or 15" cover would compensate for a laptop with a hardcase. Or are there other downsides to that? Just a thought.
Hey, What you think, is the new Microsoft surface 8 pro Business fit in as well?
The perfect sleeve! Do they have one for a MacBook Pro 13 inch with Tool bar?
AnThony Quinn Umm touch bar
Josh H yeah that* sorry 😂

what happen?
Ive used mine for a year and didn't do anything to my computer. Just make sure the magnet is on the right side of the computer and you are good to go.
Hey thanks for the review. Any idea if this will fit 2011 macbook pro 15'" ?
Me: Oh yeah! I want this!
You: It won’t work if you use a hard case.
Me: Damnit!
get a regular sleeve and it fill fit
Awesome video, just got mine.
its a great case! i had to return mine cause well..it didnt fit with my macbook case on lol
Expensive as fuck.

Hi, have you tried if the Macbook will still fit the sleeves if you use Moft invisible laptop stand?

This one will work with an air right?

will this fit the new MacBook Pro 16"?
if we get a 15 inch icon sleeve for macbook pro retina 13 inch with hardcase. Will this combination work?
ur macbook will slides around ina bigger sleeve. just get a regular incase sleeve if u want that combo
does it fit a 13" Macbook Air?
they make a sleeve for every specific model
Is it fit if my MacBook Pro 15 2017 had Dbrand Skin on top and Bottom? Thanks
I know this is 5 months later already but since a Dbrand Skin is very thin, it will probably fit, 99% sure
I would definitely buy this over the zipper version if it was as fluffy as the original! :( such a disappointment.
hi random razor . would you recommend this case of the uag armour case for the 2016 MacBook pro looking forward to your reply thanks!
in case is$30 cheaper
the uag is a nice case, but it was a bit to much for me
so incase?
my favorite is the moshi iglaze case, plus a standardincase sleeve
is it water resistant?
No, not in the slightest
would it fit on a dell xps 15?
told me too i want to use for Dell xos 15 9530?
Thanks for a quite informative review. A good advice, though. Your speech is VERY fast at times and quite unintelligible which impedes understanding.
That thing looks like it would be a pain in the ass to get in/out.
+samgraves2 with a case on, yes. no case, it slips in nice and snug
+randomrazr so if my Mac had just a skin would you think it would have no problems sliding in?
Cains_brother a skin u will be fine
Is this available in Canada and how much is it? could you link us to the website?
+Daniel Hung yeah apple store
if you say "you guys" one more time I'm going to ^%$#@!
hey I have the same MacBook pro 2014 with retina display would you be able to fit a case inside with it
i showed in the video you cant? lol
not worth $50 i regret buying mine lol
i paid 75 for mines lol
I paid $75 for mine and I agree. Not worth.
What are the issues about this sleeve? I wanted ti buy one
@@ilsommodante5636 Build quality is not as nice as you'd expect for the price. If this thing were $20 it would be awesome.
Thank you. Did it break apart after some time?
would this fit a 15 inch macbook with a dbrand top and bottom skin?
