i wish when you step on the "CHRS" footswitch, Chris Cornell comes back to life
God--fuc--jesu--son of a bitc--mother fuc--why did you do this. I understand and yes and no 🤘🏻😭
Kim is a underrated guitar 🎸 hero.
😭
Damn,
This is one band I will truly miss. I love Kim’s playing style.
Yeah, one of their last shows was near where I lived, and I regret not going to it
Thanks Kim for going through all of this yourself , I always have so much more respect for artists when they give a bit of their own time, and he’s been a long time inspiration.
Such an underrated player, always reminded me of a cross between of Jimmy Page and Tony Iommi
And Ravi Shankar
I can’t compare him to anyone. He’s one of a kind
Eagles Ballroom 2013. I traveled up from Missouri for this show.
This man has a chorus pedal in his fingers.
Definitely one of my favorite guitarists
I feel so grateful to have been at this show
No guitar gymnastics. His guitar and rig are tools for his creativity. Refreshing.
this dude. I love him. him shredding that solo in the black hole sun video will forever be burned in my brain.
Wow, I always wondered what Kim's pedal board looked like. Not bad! Thanks for the coverage guys!
I hope he’s doing okay.
He, Matt, and Krist Novoselic from Nirvana just released new music, and the one song that I heard is awesome. ua-cam.com/video/_6y2sWstXu4/v-deo.html
He’s such a good dude
What a cool human.
it makes me want to gig in milwaukee so I can get my guitars checked for free...Kim is so awesome...hope he's still making music!!...I'm sure he is...
Kim is the king of tones, I would like to meet him someday!
Love Kim. Love SG. CC forever.
I would love to see this band try to not continue with Soundgarden but to start a new band and continue to create music.
Legend
Wow that was a really kool interview, wish it was longer

cool run through. I saw Soundgarden back in the nineties. had a ringing in my ear for 2 days but it was worth it.
Thank YOU!!!
Hunted down!!!!!! 3:56
Always wondered which rotary he uses on the intro to black hole. Man, i miss cornell..
On the album it was a Leslie 16 rotating speaker or a Fender Vibratone rotating speaker according to this: ua-cam.com/video/ng4f_fj9Lfc/v-deo.html
@@twkotb thanks!
I love the “wrong note” conversation. So much of the hobby community is about note for note recreation of songs. It’s always interesting to hear the actual artists talk about winging it .
This is a real great run through.
I love Kim! This is an awesome kinda interview with him! Where did you film this?
Eagles Ballroom in Milwaukee, WI
Here’s a man who can do anything he likes on the electric guitar.
Awesome
That’s a cool dude.

That's from the Soundgarden rundown they did a few years ago.
@@HomoChomsky Ahh, thanks.
Minneapolis must have been sometime close to the Detroit show.
@@natashanyxx9486 I think this was a few years earlier
2:35 there is a russian sleeps in him...

What's up with these perpetual throwbacks? Kinda sneaky and click baity
We're going back through our Rig Rundowns and picking out our favorite clips and reposting them. Some people aren't keen on watching a 30-minute video, but a more digestible snippet on a certain topic brings a bigger audience, and in result, hopefully engages with them enough that they check out the full video. (Full transparency: we got the idea from JRE Clips - Joe Rogan's subsidiary channel - and others that re-use their content to engage new/bigger audience.) Thanks for your feedback and support ... YOU make this channel a success.
@@premierguitar you guys should do a Dumble highlight reel
