In this video, I brings you into my studio to get a closer look into how I write songs. I started with nothing and worked on developing a motif, lyrics, a melody and beat. There are many ways to write a song and the method in this video is not the only one I use. However it seemed to work tonight. I hope this inspires you to write more, and write better. Nice Jackie. I've written at least half of all my music the same way as I find guitar very portable and accessible. An acoustic guitar in particular since there is nothing to plug in or amp up and you can just grab and play without disrupting the inspiration when it hits ya.
