I have autioimmune disease i really had to change my diet and thought process. Basically had to totally change my life. Started walking and working out at least 30 minutes a day at first. Then rested when needed. Naps became a thing every day around 2pm. A rest or nap. Then back at it. New drs are always to be honest a pain in the butt. The starting over, the scrutiny. Its a process that is not fun. ❤ keep going girl.

I was diagnosed with RA and on chemo for 11 years. I spent 70% of my time in bed for what it was doing to my migraines. Took blood every 3 months and never figured out I don't have it. Another doctor looked at blood work and said don't bother coming in. I have FM. FM can cause skin and gastrointestinal issues and even heat flashes as well as muscle and joint pain. Acupuncture, chiropractic, and massage helps 4 days to keep me off narcotics. I have over 15 years on c-pap. You have got this. Next months makes 30 years without even 1 hour without a migraine at some level. Both knees need replaced, lots of orthopedic stuff as well as osteoarthritis. Thank you for being open. People need to hear this. You look great.

I suffer with fibromyalgia also, was diagnosed when I was 40, now 60. It runs in my family, my sisters have it, my niece has it. I feel for you. I'm glad that you live in a different climate. I could never move to a cold place. Humidity makes me feel sick too. This is one reason I stay in California. Be gentle with yourself and never feel like you have to apologize to anyone for not being able to do certain things. Gentle hugs to you Jenn ❤

I know about giving blood. I had to give soooo many vials of blood too. I also know about doctors. So many doctors. Storms make me get in so much pain. I have chronic pain issues anyway. I'm on oxygen 24/7.

Good to see you Jenn. You look great and you are an inspiration to me. I have a lung condition that brings a lot of anxiety and at times flares up and keeps me down. It also affects my immunity. I get outdoors and go places and participate in activities as much as I can. I am grateful that I can still do things. Thank you for sharing what you're going through. Sounds like a lot but that you have a good support system with good care. And your channel with us rooting for you. I love your laugh and uplifting spirit. Love seeing you here and in Jacobs videos. Always takes me away on a journey with you and out of my own struggles for a bit❤

Hi Jen 👋 I have fibromyalgia and I was told I had Lupus when I was in my early thirties. They said I don't have it. I also have sleep apnea. I am not on a machine yet. I also have panic attacks and more. So my heart goes out to you ❤❤ it is not easy. I am allergic to so many medications. I am listing it all. Again I feel for you! Sending big hugs to you.

I kinda understand where you're coming from. I have degenerative disc disease. I've had multiple physical therapy sessions and steroid injections (in my back) over the past 4 years. And had back surgery. None of those worked. Pain has gotten worse and spread everywhere. I've had to advocate for myself as well. Hope you find answers and relief.

So wonderful to have a video from you jenn I was so worried . Never be afraid your alone with you autoimmune issues I have a best friend and a family member with the same problem. My best friend has had so much issues recently with a infection going around. Has for anxiety I suffer with it and ptsd so can tell you it can be lonely but there's always people out there to talk to on those bad days .
That's a wonderful setup, when you showed the child it made me smile and laugh 😅 which helped me has today has been meh on my mental health

I don't happen to have autoimmune diseases, but as a athlete, it's common to get injuries especially in the foot and toe areas. I've fractured a toe, bruised the bone of a toe, sprained both my ankles and it's possible that I've now sprained my pinky toe. In addition, I have POTS which can make me anxious about getting enough salt, fluids and food in my system as well. This makes me feel seen and heard even if it's not the same thing.
I've been trying to make some small adjustments to my diet. I want to find things I can enjoy that also are better for me. Maybe look into some healthy bread that has a lot of nutrients for toast and some healthy teas since I know you've mentioned liking bread and tea. Dandelion root tea is actually pretty good IMO. I've also started taking dandelion root supplements. I also enjoy almonds, yogurt with shredded coconut, cole slaw, popcorn, dark chocolate, chips with salsa and guac, and even cheddar cheese is healthy depending on your individual body needs. Ofcourse fruits and veggies but who wants to live off that?? 😊 There is an interesting documentary on netflix called the gut you may want to check out. Thanks so much for the update. Jen, I have had anxiety issues my whole life, and I am in my 50's. I am managing it and doing well. I was born and raised in NC and am still here. Welcome! I am glad you're getting good doctors here. A lot of my family are doctors and one dentist here. Take care!!

You are definitely loved by everybody here. ❤ As much I love your vids, your health absolutely comes first. 😊 I also have anxiety along with PTSD and IBS so I usually had to get FMLA at my work. Hopefully they have you on the right meds and not as many. Happy you're feeling better!

Hi, Jenn! I understand how it is to have an overwhelming amount of medical issues, as I have a lot of them myself. I hope that these issues would eventually be straightened out. I just messaged Jacob about a Wizard of Oz event that's happening here where I live on September 14th. Glad to hear your feeling better. Your strength and courage going thru all your medical problems is an encouragement to me. I have cancer, bad legs and knees, and lymphadema in legs and arm from botched surgurys. And I'm facing surgury again for massive hematoma from botched cancer surgury. I just finished 24 rounds radiations and had stop from severe burns. Had chemo that made me really sick. Lost my health insurance cause of cancer. I love you and Jacob. I'ma subscriber. Can't wait each time to watch your videos. It let's me get out and see stuff thru both of you. Thanks so much for that. ❤

I listen to a couple of podcasts on Anxiety, The Anxious Truth & Disordered. I find them helpful in my anxiety journey.
Geez hon....because of the sepsis, you are probably a staph carrier. That happened to me back in 2013. I got sepsis and spent a week in ICU. Since then, I have been told I'm a staph carrier. 😞 It sucks, but is manageable.

One of the tell-tale sign of a Lupus Diagnosis is a positive ANA test. Anti-Nuclear Antibodies. You may want to look into that test results?

Sorry to hear about your autoimmune issues. Good to know you are getting things taken care of. I also have anxiety so I can relate. They can mail you or your new providers a print outs of your medical history.

My heart goes out to you and I’m so glad your health is moving in the right direction!!! I have systemic lupus it took yrs for me to get the proper diagnosis and by that time I was in the hospital with my kidneys shutting down about to die but I didn’t and now I’m on a treatment plan it still sucks but it could be worse!!! Like You I find myself in bed at times but I get back up and keep smiling. So keep on Smiling Girl you got this!!!

Yayyyy! You're here w/cheer🌷. I have to say youre braver than me. Ive put off doc visits for yrs because the fear is so bad my heart really goes wrong badly. I had to go see a doc for something 2wks ago and got lightheaded from nerves. He commented saying,"You really dont wanna be here do you!" So yeah lol...about your apnea..my roomy had to just go for a study. They gave him the option of doing it at home or going . The new machines Bluetooth to your ph or something so it sends the data back to them. They can also tell if you leave on vacation cuz it relays that you're in diff area. Anyway they didn't mention to him about being off his machine a few days before idk why. Glad you're getting all pinned back together Jenn & looking way vibrant!!
I totally understand what you’re going through. I am HIV positive undetectable yay awesomeness And I go through crazy tests and doctors appointments so I totally understand. My heart is with you know that you’re not alone I love watching you and Jacob stay strong. 💪

Jenny, I have fibromyalgia and sleep apnea. We also suspect some autoimmune disease and other problems. I feel for you so badly! You are exactly right that if you don't advocate for yourself no one will. You are kicking butt and doing so well, take your time and we'll be here!

I hear ya! I have a list of medical issues, and don't know what all of them are yet. At times, it feels like all I do is, sit in Dr offices lol. I was gonna ask, Yes, you have lost weight! Was kinda double bummed. Jacob was just 45 mins from where I live, and I didn't know. But also, you weren't with him. Totally understand!! 😁 So happy to see you posting. Love ya! 😁❤️

Jen, are you willing to change your diet if it means feeling better and being around longer to spread the love? Low carb helps a ton of maladies. There are great sugar replacements available now, like Truvia, Allulose, and monkfruit. There are low carb tortillas and egg life wraps available for sandwich needs. Keto cookbooks can teach you how to make amazing treats for both you and Jacob. I turned a friend onto this and she was able to get off her diabetes meds and reduced the symptoms of RA fairly quickly. You’re a doll, and just a really great person. I hate that you’re feeling ill so often.

Hi Jenny so nice to see your video. Just to let you know I had to call my former medical doctors and you ask them to forward your medical info to your new doctor. Have his info ready.. sometimes I had to pay a fee for this. Glad to hear the move is a positive adventure for you. Just to let you know my 7 year old grand daughter loves watching you and has downloaded your intro she says because it is so much fun to listen to lol. So glad to see you're doing so well ! You look great ! I have numerous autoimmune diseases . I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis 2005. I have had numerous surgeries. I also was septic in 2019. Finding the right doctors makes a huge difference ! Next week I'm going to a hand specialist. I really can't use my hand . So we will see how that goes. I also have an adult son with Aspergers. So my life is full. I know i am blessed because i have had to relearn to walk twice.. walking is s blessing ! Sorry so long . Take Care !
