The precision with which you crafted the keycap characters - particularly the mochi snow bunny, with its insanely tiny tail and ears - is just amazing. Hats off.
omg I was obsessed with this channel when I was like 13 in 2015. Im so happy to see you still make videos after all this time!!! I wanna get back into crafting
i watched the previous resin keycap video and was MESMERISED straight away i bought all the materials and got around to making the keycaps yesterday! these videos are amazing and super fun to watch!
You have no idea how HAPPY that makes me!! So so happy the video was inspiring for you and that they’re also fun to watch! I really enjoy this hobby so I’m glad others are finding joy in it too :) Have fun!!
I know and your previous video with the UV resin keycaps you mentioned cutting the Stem mold so you could place them better. If you did that how did you and do you have recommendations? I’m trying myself and have already had some really nice ones not line up properly.
Im so happy you posted again! 😊 I'm not completely sure of everything you are doing because I'm kind of tech illiterate lol. But the crafts and hacks you did to custom your keyboard was really cool. You are very talented in a multiple of things! Have a great night, God bless.
Hi Erika!! Always so nice when you comment on my videos :) Hehe I did wonder if I was going kind of fast with all the technical terms (especially for people not familiar with keyboard modding) but I’m so glad you still found the video enjoyable to watch :D Thank you so much, I hope you have a great rest of your week :)
omg they turned out so cute!! love the little clay figures you made, I'll have to try that sometime! also, here's how I prevent my UV resin from shrinking: the reason UV resin shrinks when curing is if the UV rays are too strong and cures the resin too quickly. To prevent this, I simply hold the UV lamp 4-6 inches above my resin to cure it, that way it cures more slowly at a lower strength, it just takes a little longer to cure. No more shrinking!
Keyboards are an obsessionnn at this point, my wallet and sense of financial responsiblity is just holding me back from going crazy for them haha. I hope you've been doing well Ruth!! xx
I'm not sure how you ended up in my feed but I'm glad that you did. Quick question: Are you still using the molds that you got off of Etsy or have you found some other ones? I'd love to give this a try myself. Thank you.
my boyfriend has a modified keyboard like this for his gaming set up he’s asked me to make custom keycaps as well as decor for his desk and he wants it all themed off of genshin impact (me and him are obsessed with the game) so that’s what i’ll be working on until christmas
Aw that's gonna be so awesome, have fun and good luck! I've seen a few custom Genshin themed keycaps on tiktok and thought they were so pretty. If there's anyway you can show me how they turned out when you're finished I'd love to see! Maybe on instagram or twitter or something
@@CoolRiceBunnies i hope that i can after checking my bank account however it may be a while before i can make them considering i been buying christmas gifts as well as a Ganyu cosplay for a convention coming up and working on a somewhat low budget cosplay for Kaeya (i already had to buy parts for my boyfriend’s Childe and Diluc cosplays so i need to save the rest of my money)
Hey Colby, how have you been!! And noo I don't, but I've thought about making one! And WOW awesome!! Didn't know you started a new craft channel! That's really cool!
@@CoolRiceBunnies I did! And may be watching your stuff for ideas filming techniques and whatnot 😂. I love your content! (Also the reason I asked, is I have these dope keycap molds where each mold have all the stems combined. So you only need to make one fit perfect for the rest)

Yo making your own caps was dope
So cute!
Thank you!! ❤️
Okay now I need to find me a key cap mold. Thank you for a lovely tutorial and keyboard review.

hi Lily!! love the tutorial!
i'd love to know if you still use the same UV resin and do you recommend it? Padico and DecorRoom?
OMG YESSSS I love this! I have been making resin keycaps on my channel recently too! Amazing video. I love this content!
So cool!! Just responded to your other comment from the new channel :D

Thank you!! Super happy with how they turned out
Serious question: i have some charms, can i just glue them onto my keycaps?
Yeah of course!

Yay, hello! I’m also happy you stumbled across my video. Yes I am still using the molds I purchased off Etsy.
@@CoolRiceBunnies Awesome. I will go check them out and see what kind of a mess I can make. Thank you for the reply. I can't wait for more videos!
I love your keyboard videos, please do more of these
Yeee thank you for the feedback :) will do!
What brand of polymer clay do you buy?
Nice!!!
what do you use to shine them?
I coated them in a layer of UV resin!
