I love spicy and hot things and I’ve probably mentioned this before because I practically live on it. I am so addicted. I love, love, love Cedars Hot Honey Hummus, it’s scrumptious. And I absolutely love the Crunchmaster rice crackers in the Avocado Ultimate Everything flavor to dip in my hummus. You could try to meal prep breakfast, lunch and dinner so that you have good nutritional whole foods you reach for instead of processed foods. If you read the ingredients you should be able to read and understand what the ingredients are. Usually 3 or 4 ingredients...sugar, milk, flour, salt, etc...(for example). If you open a can of green beans it should say green beans and salt.
I understand about the food allergies. And how "safe" foods sometimes hurt your stomach. I have family that dosen't understand and will get upset if I don't eat something they made. It's not worth being sick. I wish more people understood this
This last week,we here in Massachusetts experienced our first heat wave of the season and something that happens periodically: temperatures HIGHER than anywhere in Florida. You actually do pack it up and send it to us. Thanks? ( I don’t personally like it,but some people do). ☀️🙁
